I have invested in 2 acres land in Expat Properties Whispering Waters project in Tillari, Sindhudurg between[protected] with registration nos. B1203971 & C1203460 with 80% payment made. I have still not been handed over the property 6 years hence since 2017 till date despite following up extensively. There is no response from EXPAT on 100s of e-mails sent and also no response from Bangalore office while contacting through telephone. The Kurla office in Mumbai too is closed. I had also request for a refund of my payment along with the interest.

I request to kindly handover my property or refund my amount immediately or else I will file a complaint in RERA/Police and will seek other legal remedies.
