I booked a flight ticket from Expedia. I didn't receive confirmation of successful transaction though my credit card was debited.
Thereafter, I didn't receive any sms/mail regarding the booking. Next day, there was a mail saying DO NOT REPLY, with flight ticket attached.
By the next day, I have already booked another ticket. I kept on calling & requesting them for cancellation. First day a lady said don't worry, I am raising this issue. Then every day I had to wait for more than 30 mins to reach their customer care number & then they kept me on hold for 10-15 mins but didn't solve the issue.
On the day of travel, they agreed that it was their technical problem that sms was not send but refused to support & deducted the cancellation charges.
They also charge more booking & cancellation charges as compared to other website. Was this information helpful? |
