Amount deducted from my account but no booking

I tried to book a hotel on Expedia.co.in and paid through net banking. I received no confirmation but the amount of about 23, 000 INR was debited from my account.

DEDUCTION OF TICKET CANCELLATION CHARGES BY EXPEDIA- EXPEDIA COMPLAINT REFERENCE NUMBER 69157040

My booking id is[protected]. I am extremely disappointed with expedia customer care. I had a booking in helsinki in hotel indigo from 14-15 march. Due to corona virus i was suggested not to travel and was calling and speaking with expedia customer service every day since last 2-3 days regarding cancellation and refund of my booking.

Given multiple PNR nos for a connecting flight

Failed service

Booked a room at Lemon Tree hotel at Chennai with 2-way transfer from the airport. At the time of booking the arrival and departure flights were mentioned.
