DEDUCTION OF TICKET CANCELLATION CHARGES BY EXPEDIA- EXPEDIA COMPLAINT REFERENCE NUMBER 69157040
1 Through Expedia, I had booked Etihad flight (two tickets) from Delhi to Toronto and back (Confirmation number XLOMHU), Expedia, Itinerary number [protected].
2 Subsequently I was informed of a change in flight timings by Etihad which did not suit my travel plans.
3 In the event I requested for cancellation of my ticket and refund of my payment.
4 However Expedia has deducted Rs 44, 000 as 'cancellation charges'.
5 A reputable service provider such as Expedia is expected to address passenger/guest concerns, but neither Etihad nor Expedia are addressing my concerns.
