Expedia — expedia does not refund my money.

I booking ticket to delhi to paris for 11th oct 2017 and paris-delhi on 13th oct 2017 which cost 46990.56. But, my both tickets not confirmed so that i request for refund of payment. But until now my doesn't refund in my account. I mailed regularly on [protected]@support. Expedia.co.in and call at [protected] but nobody respond properly on that case. Its almost 3 month my hard-earned money is stuck. Please help me. If anyone want to contact me in this regards please contact me at [protected].
