We had booked ferry tickets through the website experienceandamans and we had paid all the amount online to experienceandamans and on the said day the ferries that we had booked did not turn up and we could not travel anywhere, when we asked experience andaman about the same, they said that they would refund us the money that we had paid to them online but even after following up with them from so many days they have not refunded the money and they are not responding to emails, their service that did not happen was on 7th and 8th of october, so it has been so many days and no refund has been given from the experience andaman site as they had promised Was this information helpful? |
