Experience Andamans — Not Refunding the Amount For Ferry Tickets

It's been more than 1 year since I am asking for the refund of my Andaman ferry tickets that I booked through them, which was cancelled due to corona virus outbreak. I understand they were facing issues at the time when there was complete lockdown and the travel industry was shut. As now flights to Andaman have also started, still no response from them.
Such a pathetic company!
