Experience Andamans Complaints & Reviews

It's been more than 1 year since I am asking for the refund of my Andaman ferry tickets that I booked through them, which was cancelled due to corona virus outbreak. I understand they were facing issues at the time when there was complete lockdown and the travel industry was shut. As now flights to Andaman have also started, still no response from them.
Such a pathetic company!...

didn't get the service I paid for

We had booked ferry tickets through the website experienceandamans and we had paid all the amount online to experienceandamans and on the said day the ferries that we had booked did not turn up and we could not travel anywhere, when we asked experience andaman about the same, they said that they would refund us the money that we had paid to them online but even after following up with them from so many days they have not refunded the money...

Fraud, Rude Agents, Useless service, unethical behaviour

My experience with the company and its agents has been the least to say torturous and disgusting. My complaint is summarized below:

Events:

The first day we were to be picked and dropped from the Airport to our hotel in Port Blair. This distance was hardly 3 km or so and was covered in less than 10 minutes. We were then given a timing to be picked up for taking to beach. We were dropped at Corbyn cove's beach...
