Hi, mera name saurav mahato hai. Maine october 2017 me expert ayurveda se maine weight kam krne wala medicine liya tha. Medicine lete waqt meri baat dr. Sumit se hui thi. Unhone mujhe bola tha ki agr 3 mahine me 20 kilo wajan nahi kama to apko paise wapas mill jayenge. Lekin 3 mahine baad mera sirf 15 kilo hi kam hua. To ab mai apna money wapas chahta hu lekin mujhe mil nhi rhi h.
Please koi mujhe suggestion den ab mai aage kya krun?

I have buy this product one month back when one mr aditya (Ph no [protected]) has called and gave all goody goody about this product. Then i was going through the problem same as mentioned above he gave me other number as dr siddharth and dr dixit (Mobile no [protected]). For some time they give suggestions and medical advise about the medicine.

Now they are not lifting the phones and mr aditya is also not lifting phone and not responding to my messages..

The number they have given for taking money back (Customer care [protected]) is also switched off.

I had purchase 3 months products for 7200 as per policy if you don't loose weight you are given money back but after regular follow up they are not picking up the product and nor receiving the call... After taking this product i had a major dehydration problem.. I request please don't buy this product its fake nd waste of money... I need refund for 2 months sealed pack product...

Purchased on sept 30. Followed instructions as per phone calls. Had burning sensations, nausea, loose motions, uneasiness. Did not lose any weight. On oct 12 i asked for refund but now all phone numbers are switched off and no one answers customer care

Dr simran (Expert ayurveda 's employee) was committed for weightloss product & suppose weight loss not done she will refund my money but at now she's number is switch off. Still my weight is not loss
Please note a complaints against expert ayurveda pvt ltd. Please refund my money (8500/- rs) anyway. Please do needfull

I have purchased weight expert kit from expert ayurveda delhi for rs 8600 on 10th of may 2017, for which they claimed 2-3 kgs weight loss in 15 days ;else money will be refunded on remaining medicine of 90 days. After taking medicine i was very uneasy throughout th nights n after 2 days i called the concerned dr. Shalini who persuaded me to buy this medicine kit. She asked me to reduce to half quantity of night dose which i did. After 15 days of patience n no even 1%results i asked for the refund;on which dr shalini convinced me to continue the meds but wit adfing of vinegar water in mornings;on which i was sceptical about refund which was mentioned in bill also only for remaining med. But she assured me of full refund as per her beleif i will not require so.. Again after 15 days i called n talked to lengths but that time dr sumit asdured me to of results n convinced that some people take time to respond n asked me to continue meds.. After 2 almost 48 days of gulping down the prescribed doses n their other prescribed methods i benefitted zero but since almost a month they are not responding to my calls n messages. I would like to attach bill n msg details but the format not allowing me same as th box of error occurs in that case. I obviously will not like to see my money gone into drains by such dubious fradulants n they must get punished to mislead people n stop such malpractises. Thanks in advance!

This product is completely fake.. I was blind to not see this reviews before buying this product.. I paid 8500 rs..
Some so called dr gurmeet was guiding me do this that.. I went through many problems and pain during this treatment.. Pls guyz if you all are reading this never buy a product without reading reviews.. I gained my 2kgs 😒 1st you are wasting money 2nd your health 3rd you gain weight wow. Pathetic..
I know i wont get my money back.. Just writing this review so that more peoples like me dont get fooled by such cheaters fraudss

I m feeling very depressed. I tried so many times to coustmer care but no one pick-up the phone.
Before taking medicine it has promised by expert aayurveda.. Incase any complications occurs, money will be refunded immediately. But there is no response by company side. I have talked so many times to dr. Riddhi, dr. Sonal, dr. Jahnvi & senior dr. Sonam.. After hearing my problems she suggested me to return the product & take money back.. But no one picking the phone of coustmer care. I have 2 bottle sealed pack for 2months programme. Please refund my money ;7500/- & take back your product

Like low hemoglobin, body ach, periods stop, weakness, etc. I had request many times to doctors of expert aayurveda.; dr. Sonam, dr. Riddhi, dr. Jahnvi & dr. Sonal.. I purchased the product on 19th may 2017 one dr. Shalini [protected] had handled the call, she promised 100 percent refund of the product if its not effective. I havent lost a kilogram of weight, now with the request of refund, apparently their accounts department only works from 20th to 30 th of each month and it can be refunded only that time, that too after deducting gst (Which wasnt applied while buying the product, courier charges - the product was hand delivered)
Please help me get my refund

I had purchased a weight loss program kit of 3 month for rs. 7, 500/- with money back guarantee from m/s expert ayurveda pvt ltd, 31-a, ganesh nagar, new delhi, 110 018. As per policy, if you don’t loose weight, you are given money back. The product was tried by me for a 10-15 days with lot of complications while using it. I returned 2 months product sealed packed in a box as said by customer care / them and they have to return 2 months amount.

I have been calling many time on customer care number-[protected], dr piyush [protected], sanjeev [protected] since april 2017, but inspite of repeated follow ups, only false assurances have been communicated. I request you to kindly take legal action against them and return my money.

This company really irritates you by sending by sending their promotional sms everyday number that is been used to hit sms is: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].
When we speak to them regarding do not send any more sms to us they arrogantly reply to customers. Forcefully they only speak in hindi and denies to speak in any other language.

I have been calling on customer service number which they say its wrong after returning of products. I have a full proff checked my professional courier before sending. Dr ashish agrawal who was guiding me has also switched of number and no response
