Extended Warranty — acer laptop extended warranty was not approved after full payment

On 1st of september 2018, i have pay the amount (1723 rupees) for three year extended warranty for my acer gaming laptop (Nitro 5) but the site was showing that the payment has not be done but the money from the bank was forward to the acer india pvt account. At next day i told the acer store from where i bought the laptop, they said that the payment will be done is few day, not to worry but till now i did n't get the warranty extended. I have the copy of bank statement of payment of warranty. Account number of my debit card is
