Im looking for part time job then call from unknown no came her name naveen they offer me a job then i started work in this company but later i found this is fraud company Now a advocate calling me frequentltly and harrasing me and saying me to pay 5000 rupees... And also saying that if the money is not paid he will fill a case on me under 420 and 406 sections... I m. Very much afraid of the situation... Plz help me out...

Just block their all emails and numbers they can't do anything koi case nahi karte wo, bas darate hai. So no need to be worried...

1. We do not hire part-time employees in the organization,
2. We have no one named Naveen in our organization in the HR or admin teams,
3. In case of an employee absconding from work without intimation, we initiate proper steps as afforded to us under the relevant laws,
4. Our legal team has no directions to call or interact with any employee or ex-employee,
In case you feel aggrieved, you have all the remedy under the law for redressal of your problems but this tactic of defaming an organization in the garb of false accusations reeks of extreme malice. Please be notified that the admins of this page shall be notified accordingly and proper remedial measures shall be initiated for defaming the organization with no actual proof of any wrongdoing."
