Ezee Deals — no response from ezeedeals on mail, portal and phone

Dear Sir,
on May 27 2019 i did a payment transfer from PayUMoney via EZEEDEALS.IN for an amount of INR, 1580.15 Payment I.D is[protected] with merchant I.D : [protected] & transfer I.D : [protected].

After that I did not receive any confirmation mail or Message from Ezeedeals.in on my order. Till date I have mailed them more than 10 times, submitted the my query on their portal & the Customer care ( [protected] ) Number they have given on website is not working

My order Details is: Ciscox Thor 4 PRO 4G LTE Smart... watch on may 27th 2019.

Till date what I have received is a automated reply when ever I send a mail.
