Ezeecloud — Cheating customers | |||||
I have booked a room thru ezeecloud from 14/05/2015 to 15/05/2016 on hotel blue bird, ooty vide booking ref no. Hbb[protected] While checking the hotel, the receptionist insisted us to pay addition rs 600 for extra person, even though the booking confirmation was clearly mentioned 3 adults +1 child. Mr. Harish of ezeecloud clearly confirmed that the the booking is confirmed and i have a voice recording of our conversation. I contacted mr. Harish [protected] and he asked us to wait 5 min to sort out the issue and never bothered to call back or pickup our calls. I have contacted ezeecloud customer service mr. Laxmi [protected] and she confirmed that she will sort out the matter but no response from her also. Ezeecloud is cheating the customers and need to take action and need to have compensation from this company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
