[Resolved]  Ezeecloud — Payment Refund for the Booking reference number DRE[protected]

I have booked Dream valley resorts in Hyderabad . One of the customer care guy called me and have taken booking through ezee cloud for which they asked me to pay half of the booking amount Rs 6500. I have paid the amount and there seems to be misunderstanding between the easy cloud and resorts folks on the availability and ezeecloud has cancelled my booking automatically without informing me. I have called both resorts and ezeecloud multiple times and they said they had non availability hence cancelled . They asked me to wait for the refund for the money whatever is paid. Its been more than 45 days and I am simply waiting for the refund and nobody bothers to respond. I have sent multiple mails to ezee cloud . Dream valley resorts have said they dont have any responsibility in this. Please somebody help me in this regard. My number is [protected] and I am from hyderabad
