Payment of ₹1, 439/- has been made through PayTM. Today i received a dummy product "Portable Wireless Speaker" some chinese product. Also, I did not receive FREE Mini Earpod in the shipment.

I tried calling customer care number but it is not working. I am not sure what to do now. Can you please help me in getting refund?
