[Resolved] Ezeedeals — payment deducted but order not confirmed | |||||
My payment of Rs 1595 for order id [protected], using paytm wallet with transaction id [protected] was deducted from my account but the order is shown as unpaid. There has been no reply or acknowledgement through email. They even cut the phone call as soon as it connects. It feels like a fraud case. Please confirm the order or refund the amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Apr 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The item was sent to me out of the blue without any communication. It ended up being a cheap Chinese knockoff rather than the promised item. Will update with the results soon. | |||||

Cool nahi utha rahe hai jo prodect order kiya tha vo nahi mila ushki jagah par dushra sasta or ghatiya prodect bheja hai plz 1439 Rupey riturn kijiye or aap ka prodect le jay ya to jo JBL speaker order kiya tha vohi de jay plz nahi to aap ki company kitna din chalega insan ek bar bhul karega dubara nahi or aap ki company ki vajah se dushri company ka bhi sak kharab huaa hai?
The same happened with me they charged my money n sent some cheap stuu over n thats also not the total amount of products i ordered n now they are gone.

that guy who is picking my phone today and not listening to us completely and again and again cut my calls.
finaly when i talk with him he was asking my Debit Card number, Expire date of Card and CVV of back side, i refused to give him because if any one want to credit any amount this things are not require only Account Number and IFSC code is enough.
and then he said.
" Do whatever you want to do, we will not refund you money." and than cut my phone.
