Ezeedeals — mi band 3 - wrong and cheap product delivered

I ordered mi band 3 (1+1), vide receipt #[protected] on 30, july by paying an amount of rs.1399. The product i receive has only 1 unit, however, there is no mi branding. Also the product delivered to me is worth rs. 250 - 400 in other online channels. So i want to go for a refund to

Again i don't know what support team is involved here as customer care, but the call gets disconnected automatically after 1 ring and they never reply to the mails to [protected]@ezeedeals.com.
