I bought a jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker & tws mini earpod (Eze000195) from ezeedeals.in on 20 jun 19
The payment made was successful and a confirmation was received from the site. Snapshot is attached. However despite numerous mails to the customer support id nothing happened. I received a reply to my complaints that the issue would be attended in 24-48 hrs its been more than a month now.
Can anyone help me with the procedure for officially filing a consumer complaint?
