Ezeedeals — returning of products

I ordered jbl speakers and frontier smart watch on 10th june, but i recieved wrong product - some chinese speaker that too damaged and not working properly and secondly i recieved smarth watch which is also different from one shown on the page, product recieved on 13th june 2019 and i paid cash for the product recieved, please help me in returning and refunding my hard earned money which cost 2300 in total. Mohd Mohsin advocate.

I ordered the product "JBL flip 3 Bluetooth speaker" on 27/5/2019, today it's self I did not get any updates for my order delivery date, it's could be very worst, I need a proper reason why could be delaying for my order, please response to my mail today itself.
