Ezeedeals — wrong product delivered - receipt #[protected]

I have placed an order ([protected]) on 22-aug-2019 for mi 3 fitness watch from ezeedeals (www.ezeedeals.in), when there is an offer of 1+1 for rs.1399. However, i didn't receive the product i ordered. Instead they sent me m3 band, which is of cheap quality and not sure what brand it is. Immediately after receiving the product,

I tried to reach the customer care number given ([protected]) which was never working. So, i dropped an email to support ([protected]@ezeedeals.in) 6 days ago.

I got an automated reply that the issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. While, i didn't receive any response from them. Yet. I also sent a reminder email on 29-aug-2019, for which there is no response yet.

I would request you to please take an action for cheating people with wrong information in websites and not reacting thereafter.
