DOA related
I have submitted the Slash Tab 25 days back with DOA approved by Slash company.
This store is playing with me saying that we dont have old bill refrence with us, we have to contact Main branch to get manual bill for replacing the device..
They have been telling same thing from last 25 days, nothing is happening. if i call staff number who gave me number for checking the status, he is not picking the call and some time he picks the call and disconnect after few minutes..
Below are the numbers which was given after submitting the DOA for getting the status
