[Resolved] Ezoneonline.in — Order cancellation, refund. No proper feedback / acknowledgement | |||||
Hi, I have made a wrong product booking E[protected] in ezoneonline.in today at 11.47 a.m using credit card and received sms, email confirmation of the product booked & instantly sent cancellation email to [protected]@ezoneonline.in & requested customer care for cancellation at [protected] Mr.Tafiq assured i will receive cancellation confirmation in 30mins.
