Ezoneonline.in — Product Not Working Properly

The Product eonz Elite Smartwatch (Rose Gold) purchased online through tatacliq. Product delivered 20.08.2021.
I opened the product on 21.08.21 and found the following problems:
- The bluetooth connection with my apple device is not consistent. It's failing frequently.
- The battery is not getting charged properly and after getting charging it is discharging quickly.
I packed the product nicely in the box as it was delivered.

Requested to return the product and refund back money to tatacliq cash. After getting back money, I will order different product.
