I have been struggling with this issue for years now, but did not lose hope.I have all proofs for everything I mention now on. I have placed an order on Tatacliq on 16 May 2020 as per Order ID:[protected] for "Varanga Navy & White Cotton Embroidered Kurti Palazzo Set" and an amount of Rs.1469/- has been issued through net banking. @TataCLiQ So some days back i ordered three bedsheets of the same company. All bedsheets were listed on your "ECOMMERCE" site as separate products. But They were delivered in same package and not separately.
Point to noted here: "All products were listed separately on site".

TCS company officer, none of my problems is being solved, the company is not even responding to the email, I do not have any contact number with them, which was my agent.     We had opted for tata broadband as the sales person commited one month free and we took 3 months connection on November 17. Sales person mentioned one month free on the connection receipt details. Also informed us at the end of 3 months we will automatically get the 1 month free but now at the end of 3 months understand thatv it was a false commitment just to win the business. We trust tata brand and such stunts from the employees are creating mis trust over the brand. Tata Play Fiber ID: C[protected]
    Kindly assist further on this and provide us the one month free subscription. Else we proceed to cancel the account and will never ever deal with Tata bradband and will ensure to inform all communities about such tactics used bt tata broadband employees.

      I have ordered an brand new iPhone 13-256 GB Starlight on 15-Jan-2022 through TataCLiQ. Order id:[protected]. I received the same on 18-Jan-2022. While unboxing I found that the inner box of iPhone seal was already broken. Further, to confirm I checked the activation status of an iPhone & I checked it through apple website, and I found that it was already activated on 22-Dec-2021, before placing my order. So, it’s confirmed that I received used product. So, I immediately lodged the return request on 18-Jan-2022 and sent them proof o[censored]nboxing video & images. However after 10 days of investigation they informed me that the product delivered was quality checked & in working condition, so it could not be returned and rejected my return request. I paid Rs.85k for brand new iPhone and I received used product. It’s totally unacceptable & it’s cheating. I have proof o[censored]nboxing the parcel and also screenshot of activation of iPhone and its clearly indicates that it was used before I ordered. So, kindly accept my return request and provide me full refund.

        I have ordered one Bosch dishwasher from tatacliq. the product`s one handle inside is broken and the their was water droplets in the product(used condition).When I tried returning the product with proper images and documents, whenever I call tatacliq customer care, they are postponding my request for every next 24-48hrs.         Dear Team,
        I am not happy with your Pragati Gas dealer, Because they are not able to deliver the gas cylinder on time. Even after booking we do not get cylinder soon. Secondly, I had taken a cylinder in the last week, that leakage came out, the one who gave it did not even replace it. Devkar who delivered me didn't even check. Now tell me what should I do now, I want to take legal action against this issue.

        Tatacliq — TP Link Deco E4

        This is to inform you that I am not happy with the performance of the TP Link Deco E4 pack of 2 which I purchased on 7th Nov 2021 under order No:[protected] dated 7th Nov 2021.

        The product does not meet the technical specifications in terms of the speed which is mentioned as 300Mbps on 2.4 GHz, where as I am getting less than 80 Mbps.

        My ISP gives a speed of 250 Mbps as per my plan.

        I got damaged product from tatacliq and I requested return on 1dec 2021 but I don't get any response from them and I called to customer care they tell wait 24h still waiting no response and also I uploaded photos of product but why they waiting I don't know please solve problem and take several steps against them...

        Claim for Dialysis for period 1/9/2021 to 30/9/2021 was 28800. Against this only Rs 18000 has been settled. And period mentioned in your letter states time from 1/9/2021 to 8/9/2021. Please clarify is it only for 8 days or 30 days. Also which is the amount that you have not paid and why. My only Dialysis amount for 30days is Rs 2816. And other medicines Rs 9316. You have given only Rs 20000 as final settlement. Would like to know which items it has not been paid and reason for that.

          I am utterly disappointed by the customer support and the return policy of TataCliq.           I ordeed an AC from tata cliq and it was confirmed that it will get delivered in a week, but then after 1 day I got an smail saying order was cancelled due to no stock but when I checked in website same seller is taking orders but the price has gone up by 10k. I called customer care and they were like you need to reorder with updated price.....
