I placed an order in tatacliq using debit card on 31st July 2924 till August 6th they didnt shipped my product due quality issues they cancel order and they said refund was issued on August 6th but till now I didnt received my amount in to my bank account

      I purchased Sony dvd home theatre on 5th sep 2021 from tatacliq. My order no is.[protected]. On receiving the box I called up Sony customer service so that they can come and set up the system because as per tatacliq rule the customer must not open the electronic box. The brand will send someone to set up the same. When the Sony people came to set up the system on opening the box they saw its a 2014 product which tatacliq has sold me in 2021 and Sony India refused to provide service. Since then I have been running in circles behind sony and Tatacliq both are not ready to take the responsibility.
      It's tatacliqs fault as they sold me an old piece which the brand refused to service. I want my refund for the product as I have been chasing tatacliq for 2 long years. I had informed them the very first day via email and they have been delaying it since then. Shame on you tatacliq.
      Refund my money ASAP. [protected]

          There a Tata mobile tower beside my house whose machine is making so much noise nowadays.
          The noise is such loud and irritating that we often get headache and not getting sound sleep.
          This tower is very old(12-15 years) and earlier it was not making any noise but for last 6 months, it is producing very loud noise.
          Therefore I request you to please make it repaired or replace that machine.

            I wish to complain about Apple MHJD3HN/A 20W USB-C Power Adapter (White) that I purchased from Tata Cliq on 20/09/22

            On 24/09/22, I received an empty cardboard box instead of the required purchase item. It was sealed properly without anything inside the box.

            When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Tata Cliq customer care on 24/09/22 and registered a complaint addressing the issue. Then an executive contacted me and I provided him with the required details including photos. I was asked to wait for 5 days for any reply from them.

            But on 28-09-22, I was informed that they had checked about the issue and had allegedly found that they had sent the right package. I was asked to send a mail to this mail id so that I can receive the evidence.

            The product purchased had a no return policy and when I wrote a review based on the issue it was rejected.

            I need a proper explanation with evidence and a refund. I don’t require any replacement since I checked on the seller and have seen he has received many complaints registering similar issues. (RSR INFORMATICS PVT LTD) .In TATA CLIQ SITE it was mentioned that it is sold by an Apple Authorised Seller, but I found that it was not an authorized one

              Booked online tata play set up box of Rs. 1938 /- with 6 months pack validity.. and also promised me to give RS. 2000 gift voucher and A pair of shoes by online booking agent.. but after installation I paid Rs.2038/- and no extra as promised to me ..instead of this my channel activation not done by company and demanded Rs.1354/- more as said by dealer whose technician installed set up box if I want to activate my packs..this really shocking to me... to activate my channel.. beside. It is more shocking to me that dealer also changed my packs to activate channel...I want serious action from the company side.. if company not involved in this .. otherwise I will go to court for justice...

                I had placed an order of "XTOUCH 4G Tablet (2GB RAM, 64GB Storage, Wi-Fi + 4G LTE + Voice Calling) (Black, 10.1 Inch) 25.65 cm" on 19th march 2022 worth 6000. I received the delivery on 20th march 2022. But i did not receive all the products as promised. I did not receive the tablet. I only received the charger and the earphones. I soon raised the complaint. I shared the pictures as well. I put the matter on their Facebook page. They kept on delaying the matter. They kept giving me false promises to rest assured and that my matter will be solved. They kept dragging the matter until the date of return got over and then closed my complaint without asking me. They said that they dispatched all the items from their side and it is not their fault. They did not share any pictures. I want my hard-earned money back. They are looting innocent people.

                  Reference : Tata Play ID: [protected].

                  I would like to lodge a complaint on various issues faced by us in the last 15 days.

                  1. I called up TATA PLAY enquiring about NETFLIX. I was told by your customer service executive on 8-8-2022 to give a missed call on a certain number to avail NetFLix. but since I have an old TV. Tata Play was offering a FREE fire stick. I was shocked to know our subscription which was renewed for a month on[protected] was disconnected on[protected] ( the message we were getting was the usual that your set up box is not getting the signal because of the cloudy weather and in spite of the weather being clear we were still getting this message. We called up customer service and was informed that y (TATA PLAY ) have disconnected the service on[protected] because we did not pay the charges of INR 50/- towards RomedyNOW, ColoursHD and ZEE Cafe. We have NOT subscribed to these channels and kept telling the customer service executive how did you deactivate our account where it had to run till the[protected]. so he requested us to pay the minimum INR 50/- so he could view our subscription on the system and update us. He said he would have this refunded back our money if he got to know that these channels were not subscribed by us and YET we had to pay INR 50/-

                  2. After payment of INR 236/- on[protected]. Channels subscribed by us are 606 Indian Today, 626 CNBC, 631 CNN, 128 SONY, 762 NDTV Good Times. Amt 185/- plus the 50 requested by the Executive total amt paid was 236/- we renewed this as this was close to our renewal date of 21-8-22. We Renewed our channels our TV was still not working with the message cloudy weather Rainy weather etc. your customer service executive told us that they would send a technician from Tata Play for which no charges would have to be paid It is a FREE service. The technician resolved the issue by charging us INR 1, 750/- He said he changed the cable wire which he has NOT shown us. We have our doubts as we did not see but Yes the old receiver he brought down and showed us . But the technician said that if we pay him CASH he would reduce the amount by INR 300/- We were not comfortable. We did not agree to his proposal he further reduced the bill amt to INR 1, 100/- if we paid him CASH. We find this a fishy business after that we recd calls from the Tata Play office to check whether we paid the technician is cash or directly they were again and again reconfirming about the changes ( the receiver and the cable wire ) We insisted to pay the complete bill of INR 1, 750/-. We have received a bill of Tata Play of INR 1750/- where in INR 300/- has been charged as RELOCATION charges????
                  We have NOT relocated our address we stay at the same place mentioned. The address A/203 Arihant Krupa CHS, Sector 27, Plot 40, Ranjanpada, Kharghar, Pincode 410210. nor has the dish being relocated its still in the same place so WHY are these charges???

                  PLEASE REVERSE AND CREDIT INR 300/- TO OUR ACCOUNT ASAP.

                  3. On[protected] we received a call from TATA PLAY on our registered mobile no: [protected] inquiring whether the technician completed the job. My husband informed the girl that the job was completed on 18th August itself and we had confirmed it toTata Play customer service executive. She then informs my husband that the complain is not closed in TATA PLAY system and in order to close the issue we will receive the OTP which we have to share with her. we reluctantly did it as she instructed. We were shocked when we received a SMS that we had subscribed to channel 316 and 505 and applicable charges would be recovered. We feel CHEATED by TATA PLAY . Please SACK the girl who did this as this its spoiling the name of your reputable organization. THE TATAS.

                  4. In a similiar fashion TATA PLAY activated TATA Bringe ZEE 5 on their own and we receive SMS that charges of INR 55/- pm would be debited ????
                  We have not activated these channel. Kindly cancel these channel from our account and note that we will not be paying for any of these channels

                  5. We are NOT at all all happy with the service of TATA PLAY off late in the last 15 days and feel cheated and are forced to pay for channels not applied or subscribed by us. Looks like customer service is pressured with Sale Targets and to fulfill their targets are resolving to such malpractices and making the customers pay for channels they have not subscribed and not interested in viewing them

                  We are SENIOR CITIZEN Retired and do not receive Pension, Please get our account rectified and credit back our account urgently.

                    I have been struggling with this issue for years now, but did not lose hope.I have all proofs for everything I mention now on. So my tatcliq account was hacked multiple times, despite alerting the team they were not helpful. I kept emailing them about someone hacking and using all my Cliq cash(got sms) and that guy locked me out from my account. Tatacliq fraud team did not listen, resulting in non-cancellation of order that used up all my money. Even earlier I kept requesting them to transfer my refund amount to account instead of Cliq cash, but they did not hear a bit! Because of their fault I lost close to 4000! When I tried getting back to them again and since it was their fault, they barred me from contacting them, locking my account. My calls to customer care were automatically disconnected. Still I did not lose hope, kept following up until one forum (don't remember name) helped get through.So they unlocked my account, but all my money everything was gone.Incorrect Cliq cash details were uploaded and what not. When I reach out to them now they say ur Cliq cash is expired! Can someone pls help! its my hard earned money. Because of teams lethargy and fault, why am I to lose my money? I need my refund pls!!

                        I have placed an order on Tatacliq on 16 May 2020 as per Order ID:[protected] for "Varanga Navy & White Cotton Embroidered Kurti Palazzo Set" and an amount of Rs.1469/- has been issued through net banking. But the order has not been delivered to me till this date and the status of the same has been showing as "Could not be delivered - Any paid amount will be refunded in 4 business days." I have contacted the company through email and phone but the refund has not been effected till this date.

                          @TataCLiQ So some days back i ordered three bedsheets of the same company. All bedsheets were listed on your "ECOMMERCE" site as separate products. But They were delivered in same package and not separately.
                          Point to noted here: "All products were listed separately on site".

                          Now i wanted to return two of those bedsheets. I raised return request at the same time for both of them. On 24th March 2022, pickup guy arrived at my residence. According to him, the return request has been raised two times for the same product.

                          So he cancelled one request. But he picked up both products and told me that a refund will be initiated for both products he had picked up. I rested assured.
                          On tatacliq app, it was showing that return for one product has been cancelled.

                          But the product was already picked up by your guy.
                          I raised the request again, but he cancelled it again saying a refund will be initiated soon. I got the refund for only one product but not for the other one which he took with him.

                          I talked to customer executives many times. They told me that complaint has been raised many times. but no resolution was provided. it's been around 10-12 days and I still haven't got my refund for the second product.

                          Now the customer executive says that "your return request has been declined because we don't have any acknowledgement for your pickup and we are not able to talk to our logistic partner ". Then they gave me the mail id of someone at higher position.

                          First of all, Why should I still write to higher authority given that I have been in talks with you for 10-12 days regarding this issue.
                          Secondly, they told me that you have raised complaint every time i called.

                          The refund that has been remaining is of 809 rupees and 10 paise. After waiting for so many days and getting constant "your complaint has been raised" from your customer executives, there's been no solution.
                          I am fed up now.

                              We had opted for tata broadband as the sales person commited one month free and we took 3 months connection on November 17. Sales person mentioned one month free on the connection receipt details. Also informed us at the end of 3 months we will automatically get the 1 month free but now at the end of 3 months understand thatv it was a false commitment just to win the business. We trust tata brand and such stunts from the employees are creating mis trust over the brand. Tata Play Fiber ID: C[protected]

                                  I ordered a SSD harddrive on 25/01/2022 order I'd no[protected] I received the product on 29/01/2022 I got defected product then I contacted costomer care and email them they denied to return and replace it this is my first order very bad service please do needful.

                                    I have ordered an brand new iPhone 13-256 GB Starlight on 15-Jan-2022 through TataCLiQ. Order id:[protected]. I received the same on 18-Jan-2022. While unboxing I found that the inner box of iPhone seal was already broken. Further, to confirm I checked the activation status of an iPhone & I checked it through apple website, and I found that it was already activated on 22-Dec-2021, before placing my order. So, it’s confirmed that I received used product. So, I immediately lodged the return request on 18-Jan-2022 and sent them proof o[censored]nboxing video & images. However after 10 days of investigation they informed me that the product delivered was quality checked & in working condition, so it could not be returned and rejected my return request. I paid Rs.85k for brand new iPhone and I received used product. It’s totally unacceptable & it’s cheating. I have proof o[censored]nboxing the parcel and also screenshot of activation of iPhone and its clearly indicates that it was used before I ordered. So, kindly accept my return request and provide me full refund.
