On 30 april2021, i ordered for fruits to be delivered to address:-- mr. Luv verma, a003, malibu rising city, krishna kuteer road phase 2, chansandra, bangalore, pin-560067, karnataka.
The transaction details are:--
1.Payments made to -- www.Eztrolley.Com
2.Order amount -- rs.1868.00
3.Payment id[protected]
4.Merchant order id[protected]baecaf51e8ba
5.Order date and time -- april-30-2021, 12:30:40pm
6.Merchant transaction identifier[protected]baecaf51e8ba
7. Date booked for delivery -- 01 april 2021, between 09 to 12 hours . Alternate date for delivery-- 02 april 2021 between 09 am to 01pm.
But the delivery of prepaid fruits has not done as yet.Refund of money has not been made as yet. There has not been any update or informations from the merchant. Merchant is not login register site is not working poroerly.The merchant is not showing any of its customer care phone numbers.
The merchant should immediately make delivery of my oredered fruits at the address given to him. Otherwise, he immediately refund the paid amount of rs.1868.0 into my debit card bank account.
