Fab Hotels — Half information shared and compromised the Quality.

I want to raise a complaint against FAB hotels, they have shared half information and also they have not informed me anything about hotel policy, i was shocked and surprised at 11:00 PM in the night, my checkin was rejected, they shifted me to a hotel which was used by couples for 2 3 hours for their private time and the hotel was worst, I immediately took an Auto and ask him
To take me and my friend to good hotel, i want my 750 Rupees back, please help
