Half information shared and compromised the Quality.
I want to raise a complaint against FAB hotels, they have shared half information and also they have not informed me anything about hotel policy, i was shocked and surprised at 11:00 PM in the night, my checkin was rejected, they shifted me to a hotel which was used by couples for 2 3 hours for their private time and the hotel was worst, I immediately took an Auto and ask him

I booked 3 rooms on 31 December 2022 through Fab Hotels once I reached the hotel the staff directly said your booking is cancelled and you talk to customer care of Fab hotels.

Porr services and not refund money
One of the worst hotel on the earth. Thos hotel has below few addon feature
- Smelly, unhygienic room
- leaking bathroom, electricity broken, broken lights,
- no room lock so no privacy when you are not at room.
- False promise of kitchen with limited options by owner and provide breakfast while in actual there is no kitchen at all.
- Take whole payment in advance. No hotel take such full payment in advance
- No housekeeping, room service
- Even behaviour or owner towards guest is rude. He even slap one of the guest in front of me. And already recorded in CAM.
Keep away of this hotel, also from FAB hotel chain is not listening and refund my money. I had booked for 7 days and left the hotel in less than 10 hrs due to poorest conditions and dont want to take risk of my health. Away from fab hotel chain and Feb hiland suites.
I cancelled my booking from FAB Hotel chain but, I am still waiting for my money. these are the useless people and hotel chain to loot the people. I have all the proof and can take legal action soon.

The booking person cheated me and made me pay for a hotel room which he never booked. He said if I go early check-in, hotel will give me room to atleast refresh and keep my bags. But hotel refused.

Hygiene and health
Since last evening I am staying in sam residency which is located in coimbatore booking ID GX1ON1 as per booking instructions it is mentioned all amenities available with hot water and daily hygiene and staffs are cleaning the rooms on daily basis and sanitizing but nothing is available her the room is given uncleaned and food is not available.. during this pandemic situation we can understand the problem but not at the cost of our safety I cannot shift the place now hence need 50% waiver for my stay in my overall amount

refund not got
I did a booking with fab hotels for coorg from 31st march to 2nd april.. I got the booking cancelled on 20th march and according to. The policy of the company whole. Amount was to. Be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. It has been more than 15 days and still my amount is not refunded.. I have been calling every day to the company and all i get is vague answers saying tbey have refunded but i have sent. My bank statements to the company which do not reflect the amount. I need them to return my money.

My self komara loknathadam with family got checked in your hotel fabexpress srujana inn nampally, hyderabad.
Well this was my first experience with fab hotel and with all of pain and dispointment i am dropping a mail of my worst experience.
On 26.10.19 i got the room and the moment i enter i show the dirt and dust all around the room, cupboard, tv and bed as if room was not been used for several days.
2nd day morning while moving out from hotel, i told to the reception for the issue and need to change the room. Same day at night after the day tour, i remind them once again for the room. That time i told them that i am facing so many problems like fool smells, mosquitoes in room, small insects in room and cupboard, cleanlines issues, drinking water they provide was normal and unseal bottles. But i use to refuse or reject the normal water than they provide seal bottle for drinking one bottle per day.
Also bed sheets and towels was not clean. Cockroachs and smalls insects near beds.
So after listening to all he change my room on 27.10.19 night but the issues was still exists till i checked out. Though they provide goodnite on 29.10.19 night.
So this is your quality and approach. While booking through app, so many prerequests but in real not up to the mark.
Even the breakfast was not sufficient and less. Only one person may have so. I paid nearly 4000 rupess for 04 nihgts and it is not worth for 2000 rupess also.
Also please find the attached photos as i have taken for futher reference and solve my issues.

Booking made in august with prepayment, offer applied by customer service executive. However hotel delisted and no information provided till i went to check with the hotel. When contacted on customer service, mr kiran, csr executive confirm "you still have 1 month so we were yet to inform you"
After such inconvenience i was out of hotels as it was in meantime and also cost has increased they tried to provide me hotel with no reviews and newly joined hotels claiming that those are as per my payment already made.
This is utter nonsense as the company seems to take money and not provide the service to customer. The hotel is delisted since 1st oct 2019, however it still shows active on website. The app should show that hotel is no more with fab express however it is asking for remaining payment.
Have contacted 4 times the customer service, no calls backs even after promise from mr kiran. Had called today again, after 40 mins of conversation call got disconnected and no one called back.

This company should be banned. They only know how to make fools out of customers.

rooms was different from the app picture and miss sangeeta fab helpline person was rude to me

On 8th september i have booked a hotel from fab app. Adlon international hotel andheir, as i have seen the room image and reviews on fab app i have booked the hotel room. And selected the option to pay at hotel as i was travelling from kochi. I reached at hotel around 11:40am. Will payment time i have offer my atm card bt the receptionist told me the card machine is not working at that moment. They ask me to use paytm. Which i did but the poor network at the hotel my request was on pending which i had shown to recipient they done my check in and said because of network it may got delayed. I went to the room there was no window, as i have asked for smoking room, i ask them to change my room as it was very small room with no window and no network at all to call the help line. They ask me to wait on the same room because the other room was getting ready. I waited for long 2hrs. Then i called them at 2pm that change my room as i need to take some rest. They changed my room and gave me different room with window of no use and the ac water was coming out and they have keeped the towel on the floor because of water i ask them why it so they said last night guest have keep the ac on for full night, i ask the guy to change my room again he clearly told me there is no room available at that point i need to take a shower as i was travelling since 4am i toke the shower and called the fab help line. I had spoken to miss sangeeta, and explained her the situation and told her i would like to check out from this hotel and go to another one till that point my paytm amount was on pending i had the screenshot of it. From my side i have payed as it was deducted from my account bt still pending. She told me to click pictures of the room and email to her and the picture of i saw in the app i did what she asked me too. I asked my amount back because it was all lie the room the picture on your app. I disconnected the call and started getting ready to check out. The hotel person called me and asked me have you complained i said yes i did as the room is not the same they said they will change the room again but y denied as i had already change 1st. He called me again and said the amount has not come yet i told him np i will come out and pay the amount by card. I went out pay the amount by card and left. And call the help line again. Sangeeta told me u haven’t paid any amount to the hotel why are you asking for refund i told her i have paid the amount ask to the hotel she called up mr shoheb, he said her the amount is paid, sangeeta told me who ask you to pay to the hotel i[censored] wanted to check out. As i used the app i will talk to the fab help line not the hotel i have take refund from fab not the hotel. Mr. Soheb told me he will talk to his owner and refund my amount i said ok. I waited till 9th afternoon and called up fab help line again and spoke to sangeeta, she connected the call with mr soheb. He said the owner have denied to give refund as i have stayed there for 2hrs. I had a 40mits argument with soheb and sangeeta, soheb said they have offered me other room which was big but i dnt wonted to stay in that hotel at all as i was very disappointed by them. And sangeeta told me you pay the hotel ask dem for refund not fab, and she was very rude about it, and they asked me to talk to hotel owner by my own and fab wont come in between as it was my problem not fab, and disconnected the call and then i got a called from +[protected] saying he is calling from fab and they will give the amount refund he ask me 30mits, 1hr back haven’t got any calls or any email or msg from fab side so i need the problem m to be resolved...

Today around 7am i have checked in hotel himansi, udaipur. I have booked deluxe room for 2 days and as requested by hotel manager i have paid payment offline by way of cash. Due to some exigencies i have to check out one day before. While taking with hotel manager and fab hotels executive shri suraj kumar to cancel the one day booking and refund my booking amount which is already paid in advance, but both are denied to cancel and refund of one day amount. Request you to kindly look into the issue and advice me.

hotelier not allowed to do a business meeting, they are not allowing to sit and discuss anyone with the guest for more than 1 hour.

Hotelier not allowed to do a business meeting, they told about a policy about which i had never heard, they are not allowing to sit and discuss anyone with the guest for more than 1 hour. That was the worst experience in my life with any hotel. I had never seen anywhere around the world in hotel industry like a guest is not allowed to do a business meeting or discussions with friends or colleagues.in fact, hoteliers have benefits of food & beverages consume by the guest invitees. Fab hotel customer care also have the same opinion as to the hotelier which was quite terrible, unprofessional & surprising for me. The worst experience i ever had, but gracefully i paid for double occupancy only for the hold of a couple of hours of my business delegate. I am finding it like cheating with guest & i will share this on reviews everywhere.

treatment towards visitors
I had gone to meet a guest at fab hotel in marvel bliss located in viman nagar where the behavior of the reception staff was shocking. I asked the reception for the room the guest was staying. At the reception in a rather rude way i was told to call from my mobile and ask the guest the room number. It is rather surprising that your hotel does not have intercoms. The guest told me the room number so i headed towards the elevator to meet him. I was stopped at the reception and asked to wait outside the hotel premises, which i found rather humiliating in front of the others sitting. I asked for the owner so a person very shabbily dressed said he was the owner. Ultimately the guest came and i informed him of the event. I am in the banking industry and do realise the importance of customer service. Please take care that such events do not occur as effects very badly of your group. I would never stay or suggest anyone your hotel.

When I reached the hotel on 16th, hotel was pathetic, unsafe and on very bad location . I have spoken to customer care they told me they are giving me another hotel . Again I have moved to another hotel this hotel was more pathetic than earlier

Sir I have called number of times and requested them to provide me safe hotel .But fab team is denying to give any solution .Even website has neither any email id and nor any concern department where I could speak and complain over there .
Therefore I request you sir to help me and settle my payment and stop this kind of Fraud from these companies .

I booked a fab hotels room from 2nd may to 4th may. Stay was good but i am yet to receive my invoice. Called the customer care at least 6 times so far and the response is same "you will get it in 24 hrs". It's more than a week now and i can't submit the bills in my company for reimbursement. These guys are not serious about their customers and this will be my last business with them. Now the claim window is over and i had to pay the money from my pocket.

My first and last experience. I suggest nobody should book by fab hotel booking because they are not serious about there job; role and duty. Given lay man excuses only. I booked hotel for my guest and take the advance also however they are not give my guest room. Very pathetic. This type of fraud apps should be banned immediately. Booking id 8m4m4e on dated 12.5.19. This booking is for special guest from outside for marrige ceremony.
Our whole image go down in front of them. This is the matter of my sister 's marrige. One should take strong action against them. Or i will go for consumers forum. This case should not be repeat with others.

without informing my booking was cancelled
Dear concern,
We have done booking of hotel through you my booking id was n7hdrw in red cherry residency by chance we have given a call on 7 may 2019 from reception we have got information our booking is cancel because tie between fab hotels and red cherry residency is no more and we have not got any information from fabs we have to suffer a loss we are the old customers of fabs but after this we will not book any hotels from fabs not give the suggestion to our friend also there services are not satisfied.

I had my booking via fab hotel on 4th may 2019 in hotel silver crest, vimannagar-pune and when went to check inn the hotel executive told that there is no rooms available and had allotted room to some other. As i had pre - paid already for booking but he refused me saying no rooms available. I was so exhausted, i need to search a different hotel at mid night.
The customer care also dint respond. I already raised my complaint 2 times and not even got my refund back.
So poor and worse service by fab hotel. I am really disappointed by this type of company and want to take some legal action so that any other person should not suffer the same i had.

fab hotels not giving a refund for a hotel which does not take in locals

I live in bangalore and along with a group of friends decided to check in to one of the fabhotels.. Online i managed to book at fab hotels fourseasons near silk board in bangalore. After i was done with the payment i get a call from one of the customer service guys thanking me for the booking and offering to add breakfast. Later in the conversation he mentions that the fab hotel i have booked does not take in local residents. I then asked him for a refund. He immediately replied that they have received my payment. Then there were repeated calls and emails to the fab hotels main office but nothing changed. They refused to give me a refund and marked me as no show. This has been one of the worst experiences i had booking a hotel.. I have travelled all over the world and several places in india too but never felt so cheated. I will never recommend fab hotels to anyone.

Dear Team,
This is to inform you that I was trying a booking for hotels. Later on I left that booking since there was network issue since I was travelling. Post which i received a call from FAB HOTELS mentioning that my booking has been confirmed as that was done manually by him and with a relatively cheaper price. I have the audio recording of the same. Post which I got a message of confirmation where it was mentioned that i can make a payment during my checkin. After 5 hours I got a call from unknown number which I missed. And within next 2 minutes I called back at the same number but till then I received a message mentioning that my booking has been cancelled. While enquring I had a word with about 4 customer care executives of FAB HOTELS and one supervisor. I have all the names and recording with me. Everyone were telling me the same thing that due to overbooking we have cancelled the booking. I just wanted to know that is this the way one should react. How can u cancel one's booking without prior information. I have made my train reservations and plans accordingly for next 3 days on the basis of it. Who is going to bear it. Further they were of the view that since I have not made the payment it was cancelled. My point is (1) how can you cancel when the booking itself was confirmed by customer care itself and I didnot asked any executive to do the same. It was done suo-moto by the concerned executive/supervisor. (2) I did not received the message for advance payment at the time of final booking. It was received later. Even when it was received later, I didnot get a chance to look at it since I was travelling as mentioned earlier. (3) how one can cancel the booking within 2 minutes. If one us busy in something and misses a call, that means his booking will be cancelled. Also, I called back within next 2 minutes but in vain as they are saying " Sir your booking has been cancelled and we can not help it ". After keeping me on hold for about 10 minutes, Mr. Supervisor is telling me that we can not do anything since booking cancelled because you have not paid the advance of 25%. When asking about this clause, he is saying that you can check our app or website, it's our policy. My point is, whatever is your policy just tell me one thing -- " is this applicable to the booking done by the customer or is applicable to the executive who had done the booking on behalf of customer, even when the customer has not asked for the same ". Please excuse me for my words if I have written anything wrong. But please guide me with the resolution. Also, if this is the way you guys want to carry on - BEST OF LUCK TO ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS OF FAB HOTEL.

How can u cancel one's booking without prior information. I have made my train reservations and plans accordingly for next 3 days on the basis of it. Who is going to bear it. Further they were of the view that since I have not made the payment it was cancelled. My point is (1) how can you cancel when the booking itself was confirmed by customer care itself and I didnot asked any executive to do the same. It was done suo-moto by the concerned executive/supervisor. (2) I did not received the message for advance payment at the time of final booking. It was received later. Even when it was received later, I didnot get a chance to look at it since I was travelling as mentioned earlier. (3) how one can cancel the booking within 2 minutes. If one us busy in something and misses a call, that means his booking will be cancelled. Also, I called back within next 2 minutes but in vain as they are saying " Sir your booking has been cancelled and we can not help it ". After keeping me on hold for about 10 minutes, Mr. Supervisor is telling me that we can not do anything since booking cancelled because you have not paid the advance of 25%. When asking about this clause, he is saying that you can check our app or website, it's our policy. My point is, whatever is your policy just tell me one thing -- " is this applicable to the booking done by the customer or is applicable to the executive who had done the booking on behalf of customer, even when the customer has not asked for the same ". Please excuse me for my words if I have written anything wrong. But please guide me with the resolution. Also, if this is the way you guys want to carry on - BEST OF LUCK TO ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS OF FAB HOTEL.

complaint to notify I have not received refund amount from fabhotels

To whomsoever it is concerned. The hotel i booked was for rs1361 but the hotel people asked for 1600.
The fabhotels customer people told me to pay and fabhotels will refund the difference amount.
Please take it on priority.. I am highly disappointed by the services given.
The dawn people made us wait for long and does not basic ethics towards customer.. They are not ready to speak over with fabhotels and keep insisting customer to call and resolve ourself..

I booked a hotel through fabhotels and when i reached the hotel i was told there is no vacancy. The hotel people told me to cancel the booking and i would get my refund. This incident is from the 12th dec 2018 and till date i did not get my refund. I also did write a mail to fabhotels but no reply. My booking id (Y9glfv). This a very big scam going on.

I was to receive refund of inr 4138 for my stay at prowell cap rock hotel in hyderabad (Booking id - wotrcb)
I received mail on 14th nov that my refund has been initiated & will be credited within 5-7 working days, but still i haven't received the refund
Also the refund amount that i was supposed to get was 4138, but i am not getting the exact amount. The amount mentioned in the mail was 2069, why am i getting half amount?

misleading information + poor customer service

FABHOTELS HERITAGE INN -CHARBAUGH-LUCKNOW- Misleading images posted on booking websites leading to wrong room booking, on top of that they make you pay the full room rent for your entire stay so that you are basically stuck with them and pathetic customer service, all you get to hear is "We are very very very very sorry". Rooms are small, with poor maintenence, light bulbs don't work, AC remote doesn't work so you can either suffocate in the heat or freeze to death. Broken bathroom fittings, you can't even expect to take a nice hot shower after a day of travel as the water flow is negligible. And the icing on the cake is your belongings aren't safe inside the room at all, so basically you can forget room service, as once you are inside the room, you are greeted with a disclaimer from the management saying that they are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
All things included, this makes for the worst hotel experience.
People that deserve a special mention -
Receptionist Ram Kumar, extremely unresponsive
Training & Quality Manager Javed Mustafa worst customer handling with no follow up calls and making promises to customers in providing pleasant stays.
Customer service call centre reps - Suman, who put our call on hold for 45 mins with the excuse of "checking on the issue"
Mohit - unwilling to hand the call to the supervisor inspite of repeated requests
Social Media Representative - Vidhi, who promised that we will not have any further issues
These people can't at all handle guests and make a joke of hospitality.
Guests making noise in the next room till 2 am and neither the receptionist nor the Training & Quality manager had the experience to handle the situation. There was no water in the bathroom at 12 at night and the respose we got was that nobody remembered to turn the motor on. We were up till 3 am last night due to this.
And these people refuse to refund our money when we asked to check-out one day prior on account of poor service. This is simply stealing customer's money and absolute cheating.
Worst service in any hotel that we have ever received. Made our stay in Lucknow an extremely bad trip.
Cant submit photos as its too large and cant reduce size from mobile phone.
All things included, this makes for the worst hotel experience.
People that deserve a special mention -

invoice with less amount
I booked fab nest hotel (Koramangala - bangalore) from 15th oct to 20oct) and paid a amount of 8999.95 as per their charges, but i vacated the hotel on 19th and as i did not informed them before 24 hrs, i did not get the refund of one day. But surprisingly i received a invoice only for rs 7199.85, when i ask the customer support, they told, their software not supporting the full invoice, so they can not provide the same
But i need a invoice for the amount i paid, that is 8999.95
I tried to contact them multiple times, but there is no response from them.

hotel booking fabhotel arastu checkin 21-9-18 checkout 23-9-18

We three retirees as a part of our travel booked the hotel calling fab office, hydrabad rep. And he confirmed booking and agreed to remit the amount at the reception when check in.
But from the day next mails were receiving every morning threatening that your booking will not be confirmed unless rs.1175 is remitted by clicking the link in the mail.
As i was getting mail every day i remitted the amount on 17-9-18 through internet and my account was debited. But as no receipt/ack generated and again the mail demanding payment continued i sent a mail to the company which was not attended. While traveling we were fearing whether room is confirmed. The check in time in the site was 11am. As we were tired of 2 day travel and our train reached 7am, the hotels demanded rs.400 extra for early checkin which we paid. We were also demanded the full rent payment as they have no information of advance payment.
In the room given first.. The room could not be locked due to faulty lock and was very small one. Later they gave another room having more space. But.. No hot water, no drinking water, sheets not changed, no table to eat morning breakfast supplied to room at the choice of hotel etc. Also no hotels within 200 meters of the hotel.
We have had no such bitter experience ever before.
Also the daily threatening mail for advance payment was receiving every morning even after checkout, for 10 days.
After repeated call some one has replied on 21-10-18 from fab office that they have received the payment of 1175 on 17-9-18.
This amounts to cheating as per cyber act and if you are not compensating us for the inconvenience caused to us for our mental agony we would be compelled to proceed further.
