I booked 3 rooms on 31 December 2022 through Fab Hotels once I reached the hotel the staff directly said your booking is cancelled and you talk to customer care of Fab hotels.
Once I speak to customer care representative they check and said you will get your refund 5-7 days today is 14 Jan 2023 Regularly I call customer care representative on daily basis they make excuses also I dropped many emails on [protected]@fabhotels.com but still I am not receiving my refund.
