I had placed an order online and received a defective low quality dress. The whole dress is dependent on a back long zip and it got broken while trying it for the first time. They refused to take it back. The dress is for 2200 and the raw materials used are of 10 bucks i guess. Very cheap quality dresses and cheap people.
Don't ever buy from this company. I have put up a complaint on consumer forum. Spread the word all over the social media and teach these losers a lesson. Was this information helpful? | 
I send multiple mails to customer care but they resolved ticket and status was shown refund processed.
