FabAlley — Not picking up item for exchange nor refunding the money | |||||
I had ordered a dress from Faballey on the 23/11/2020, order ID 972809, registered email id is savio.[protected]@gmail.com. Since the size that I ordered for was not fitting me I requested for exchange of the dress on the 2/12/2020. i had called up the customer care number and informed them and even given them complaints many times but none of your team since to be bothered about the customers problems. I spoke to a lady named Vishaka on the 14th of december and she told me that with 1 or two days they would pick up the dress. But the dress is still not picked up I tried calling the customer care number but no one seems to be receiving the call. i have also senta mail and tried to contact them on facebook. but there is no reply.
