I ordered a suit of 5200 rupees. It was tight and i want to return it. They sent a pick up courier and it automatically cancelled my pickup.
Now its been two weeks and they have not either taken auit back nor returned my money....

I had ordered a dress from Faballey on the 23/11/2020, order ID 972809, registered email id is savio.[protected]@gmail.com. Since the size that I ordered for was not fitting me I requested for exchange of the dress on the 2/12/2020.

This is regarding house of indya order no. "819030". On 15th june'20 in the afternoon at around 1 pm, a person from logistic partner shadowfax came for pickup.

Out of coincidence, on the same day there was another pickup scheduled for an order of another brand 'w for women' by the same logistic partner shadowfax. So when a logistics person came for pickup, i handed him over 2 items of brand "indya" which i wanted to return.br...

Faballey is using my/ like me other peoples money to build there brand... I had ordered 2 tunic tops in l size in month of april... It was slightly tight i had to exchange with x large size... I got only one delivery which was very small than l size.. It was there mistake but i had to return by my own.. As policy says... I did so.. Till nowe i have not received cash back.. When i started follow up they are just saying sorry for inconvenience.....

I had placed an order online and received a defective low quality dress. The whole dress is dependent on a back long zip and it got broken while trying it for the first time. They refused to take it back. The dress is for 2200 and the raw materials used are of 10 bucks i guess. Very cheap quality dresses and cheap people.
Don't ever buy from this company. I have put up a complaint on consumer forum. Spread the word all over the social...

I have returned my product, order number 559402 two days back. I have not even got an acknowledgement message for it and my refund is not even initiated. I need to get back my 840 rs asap. This is not a joke, faballey!! The fact that i have returned the product is not even reflected in my faballey app and it still shows that i am holding the order. Pathetic service....

My return had been done more than a month ago and my money is not yet recived.
There customer care number does not work and on writting emails they simply create a ticket and close the ticket without even answering the concern. I have written more than 20 mails and they dont respond at all. It is a huge amount and these frauds just dont bother to reply. Never ever order from this website they take the product and then dont care for...

Returned the product just one day after receiving an online delivery and even after 20 days, the money hasn’t been refunded and silly excuses given. Nobody answers the call when tried to contact customer care and once they finally answer after repeatedly calling, they ask for time. The email clearly states that the money should be refunded in maximum 18 days and even after 20, no sign of the money.. Every persons heard earned money is important...

Unfortunately i placed an order from this app, and spent rs1425.
Its been 2days i havent even got a single mail or message regarding the tentative date of delivery, unlike any other basic ecommerce site!!! This seems like quite a fraudster company which makes money out of fooling the customers. Its been a full i tried calling their so called customer service number, but in vain.
Please please please please...

Hi, i had ordered 4 products from faballey.com on 10th jun-2017. And it got delivered on 12th jun, 2017 afternoon. It took only 2 days to get my products. There was size issue with 2 products so i have requested for return on 12th jun, 2017 itself. I've ordered a top on 12th July from the website through the advertise I came across on facebook. A product was marketed just to retrieve potential customer's data and order was placed just to cancel it later saying the product is out of stock. If it was out of stock why was it marketed and order taken....
