I ordered few garments through this website www.fabfunia.com on 13th october 2017 through order number 55431. The order got placed on cash on delivery basis automatically and there was no option to make payment. The order got placed wihout having me registered for the site. The website only asked for the name and address. I never believed that my order is placed.
However, today, on 16th i received a call from aramex courier and got my order. I paid the delivery boy and received it only to find that the clothes inside are not what i ordered an. D was of very poor quality.
Upon going to the policy i found that the terms and conditions averse l y customer benefit.
Most importantly the customer care number is not available. The number may not exist in the system.
It looks like that the website is totally false and someone is running fraud business behind it.
I want to get my money back.
