Fabfunia — the product were not received same as per the order

My complain is against the Order No.46489
On 6th Oct 2017 i have written mail on care.[protected]@gmail.com for the wrong product which i have received. Today is 13th Oct till now i have not received any reply from your end nor anyone is picking up the call
+91-[protected]. I request you to refund the amount of Rs.733/- which was paid in cash. The amount was paid in cash because there was no other option for the payment.
