I had given my wedding saree for dry wash and polishing at fabric spa hsr layout. What i received was a saree with full of creases, with black mark on them. The golden zari part had become pinkish. I have been following up with them and every time i get different mobile numbers. And none responded to how to take this further. I do want to give the saree to them again to rectify as its a costly saree and i am afraid they will spoil it. Was this information helpful? |
