    I placed an order with Fabric Spa on 15th Sep (Order No.EFF[protected]. Delivery was promised on 22nd Sep. Received a message confirmation as well. Even after several reminders garments haven't been delivered till now. This morning I was assured by Fabric Spa representative that my garments would be delivered today for sure. And as expected didn't get my garment delivery. I want my garments back asap.
    I just hope these guys haven't misplaced my garments.
    Their services have gone down and now they have started torturing the customers.

    Need help pls.

        Pathetic service. Very high cost and very poor service.
        One of our blankets worth 3k is not delivered, even after following up for 2 weeks. Fabric spa keep telling that they cant find our blanket in their store. And by the end of 2 weeks, customer care itself is not picking up our call. We got someone else's blanket. And they don't care about the extra blanket that we got.
        Also, the sofa cover that we gave has shrunk and is unfit for use.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Your Wardrobe Dry cleaning store in Masjid moth, South Extension part-2 New Delhi has ruined my new Zodiac shirt worth over Rs 4000.

          The shirt was given on 27/11/19 for dry cleaning to remove food stain. But instead today when I received the shirt there were yellow chemical stains on the top front side. The shirt cannot be worn now.

          I am sharing all details with you attached. Your store executive- Rahul Joshi and your Area head Sanjay Sharma ([protected]) have not given me any suitable assurance.

          PLEASE NOTE THE SHIRT IS STILL WITH WARDROBE STORE IN CUSTODY OF RAHUL JOSHI (STORE IN CHARGE)

          I need a compensation of Rs 4000 or you buy me the same new shirt from Zodiac. I need a resolution immediately or I will go to any extent of raising this at investor level, consumer court level, Social media, Police complaint under Delhi jurisdiction.

            I have given my designer kurta for dry cleaning 1mknth ago. While giving the kurta i specifically told them that this is white colour and pls hand with care. When i got the kurta back after dry cleaning the colour has changed to yellow. Then have accepted it but yet not returned my kurta. Once they have called me that to check but the kurta was yellow they have not rectified it. Despite of making some 30 calls to fabric spa and going to there sadashinagar center so 10 times there is no response from them. Everytime i go to there center they i ask me to call customer care, when i call customer care they ask tell we will get back to you after speaking to our manager this same process i have been repeating from 40 days. But they r not responding. They r very unprofessional.

              This was given to koramangala branch and it is costly saree. I had raised a complaint that even the dirt has not gone. They say that to be stain. If this wat the status and spoil a sentiment value which we have for saree. Who to believe any more fabric spa and give costly item.. Warning all to be very careful.
              Never give for wash with this fabricspa who doe snot value your cloth..

                I had given my suit for dry cleaning at davangere branch fabric spa on 26/10/2018. When i recieved the clothing the quality, the shine, the colour was completely faded. The qaulity is extremely bad after the dry cleaning,
                I request the authority ta take strict action.
                I would like to get a refund of my whole suit amount or get a suit replaced.

                  I always use them but the prabhadevi, mumbai branch has troubled me. They have my items since more than a week saying its ready & are not delivering it. This is ridiculous. Since 2 days i have been waiting for it. Wasting my time & waiting for a laundry drop service & they never turn up. I was a regular customer but never going to use them again. They have lost one of the regular clients.! Im shocked that i can not receive my stuff back! What am i supposed to do?

                    I am a regular customer of fabric spa.. I always gives lots of clothes for dryclean... Last time i gave a dress for dryclean.. After 3-4 month i opened tth dress to wear but it was not wearable.. Very bad dry clean and iron.. Then i gave tht dress to dry clean again... Delivery boy gave it back 2 times saying tht they will not do this.. Again.. Then they called me and talked me very badly...

                      I had given my wedding saree for dry wash and polishing at fabric spa hsr layout. What i received was a saree with full of creases, with black mark on them. The golden zari part had become pinkish. I have been following up with them and every time i get different mobile numbers. And none responded to how to take this further. I do want to give the saree to them again to rectify as its a costly saree and i am afraid they will spoil it.

                        Just sick people... I gave My dress for dry cleaning and asked then if they can deliver on 29th June 2017.. and they said very confidently "YES".. and they didn't deliver the dress which I have to wear tomorrow nd I am travelling early morning 4AM... so I called the guy who came to pick the clothes as he said "mam you call me, I will deliver", he picked the call and told he will enquirer nd get back to me. Then he didn't cal me back.. and when I called him he switched off his phone and then I called customer care and they said they will call me back after so called "ENQUIRY".. they also didn't call back.. and then when I am calling back no one is taking My call... I ask d them I wil pay you whatever you want just gimme My dress back.. but they are just sick people... don't ever trust them when you want something on urgent...

                          I am a regular customer of Fabric Spa for 4 years now. Card[protected]

                          I prefer going to Indiranagar outlet and giving and picking my clothes on my own. On Nov 26, I called Busy Easy Fabric Spa who pick and drop clothes and gave 8 clothes.

                          After repeated calls 7 clothes were returned to me in the month of January but with 1 missing Tommy Hilfiger shorts which costed me Rs3999/-.and worn only once.

                          Past 3 weeks I had been calling and asking for shorts, with no response. No one called back and today 15th Feb, I got a call saying that they might have lost it and can pay 1000 refund. I have asked for talking to higher authorities. Busy Easy service is not at all reliable.

                          I need full refund of Rs3999/- if required I can present bill for the shorts.

                            Your staff has the brand new garment.. Of mine. & not at all ready to accept the mistake... Which they did while ironing.. Its been almost a month but matter is still neutral..

                            Your staff is not qualified to guide, y rude.
                            I called on [protected] & pawan sutar n -[protected]..
                            But these staff is very rude n arrogant while talking.

                            Truly it's mind experience. I m ur client since last 5 years..

                            I call more than 10 times.. But not no complain has been registered in first 8 days... Finally after lots of harassment.. I got the complain no 58836.

                            I need justice as u people have fooled me & not ready to accept ur mistake..

                              One garment shrunk and I can't get into it. 2nd dress became way too short and 3rd garment faded. Keep getting apologetic calls from staff but no concrete action taken by them so far. Very "protective" about their managers and refuse to let me speak to them and refuse to pass on the managers number. Absolutely frustrating experience

                                This is with regards to my order # EFD[protected], which was placed since they ruined 2 of the blankets that were given for dry cleaning.Not only did I have a bad experience with them just like many other customers, but they also added the icing on the cake by lying every time I called up to enquire about my delivery time.The blankets that I had given them for drycleaning were cleaner as compared to what they were when they were delivered by them.Please stop fooling people with high prices and deceiving them by mentioning about 3-step quality checks.Today I resent the garments for the third time since the stains were not removed yet.Please do something to stop these scamsters as they are fooling the people by looting their money and damaging the clothes.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I'd given 24 articles of our aircraft linen (bed spreads, pillows, pillow covers, blankets etc) for drycleaning on 14.01.2015 at the Indiranagar outlet of fabricspa. I collected the articles more than a week later only to find 4 designer blankets ( 75% Cashmere 25% wool) completely damaged and beyond recognition. There was no time to rectify the damage as the blankets had to be carried on a long international trip so I left one blanket behind (at fabricspa) and requested Mr Sunil, the outlet Incharge to immediately conduct a thorough examination and rectify the damage caused. The blanket is from a boutique called 'Ezma' which is based in Delhi and Gurgaon, respectively. It has clear instructions written on a tag that states "75% Cashmere 25% wool", " Dry clean only", " Steam iron." I called up the boutique to gather more information about the 'wash instructions' and found out that as long as the instructions were followed the garment would retain its quality for years to come. Our blankets however, were unfortunately washed and dried!! While I was away on a trip (26th Jan- 3rd Feb), my colleague also checked with the manager on the status of the blanket but all he was told was to wait for a few more days as the blanket had been sent to the factory. After my return I visited fabric spa again and nobody took ownership for the damage caused. All they kept repeating was that, "we can't take a call!" Well then who is supposed to take a call on this matter? The blankets look shrunken and rough. They no longer have the sheen that they possessed prior to being sent to fabricspa. Please have a look at the pictures attached to understand the seriousness of this matter. This sort of damage is irreversible and I don't have to be an expert to say so! I'd received calls from the fabricspa factory asking how much the fabric had shrunken in inches? Was that even relevant? Fabric spa's attitude towards addressing this issue for a regular customer such as us is deplorable. There has been no promptness, whatsoever shown by the team which shows sheer disregard and callousness on their part. The person in charge who's "looking into the matter" only "buy's time" from us. Its been 2 weeks since I've been chasing him through phone calls and emails but he's least bothered about keeping us updated on the status of the blankets. The blankets are positively ruined and cannot be used on board a VIP flight. The customers have paid approximately Rs 25, 000 for each blanket and it is not fair for them to take a hit for fabric spa's incompetence! We should be fully compensated for this carelessness that has cost us dearly. Disappointed!

                                    I had given a set of 12 silk curtains with grommet rings to the Fabricspa in Indiranagar for dry cleaning, the price quoted was off the price sheet Rs12/sqft. The person at the front desk took one of the curtains to go measure it and I saw that he was laying a light cream colored curtain down on the floor to measure it. Upon questioning, I was told that they didn't have a measuring tape and were using the floor tiles to measure the curtain!! Given the price being charged per item, this seemed completely absurd! Every tailor, or fabric store I have been to has a measuring tape to measure fabric. I't appalling that a store that claims to be on the top end for dry cleaning and charges a pretty high rate for dry cleaning doesn't keep a measuring tape on hand and lays the fabric out on the floor to measure based on tile size, thereby adding more dirt to the item needing cleaning!! Finally after measuring and calculating I was told that the total would be Rs3528 for all the curtains (rs252/curtain). This seemed clearly way too expensive and when I mentioned this and was about to leave the store without placing the order, I was suddenly told that there was a surprising 20% discount for the day!!! This was not advertised anywhere and not mentioned upfront. Anyway I decided to then give my curtains for cleaning at the discount rate. Which was probably the biggest mistake on my part! I brought the curtains in to the store on Sunday 25th of May. I was told that it would be ready on Wednesday 28th May and that I would receive an SMS once the curtains were ready. Since I had not received an SMS by the 28th, I went to the store on the 29th and was told that the curtains were ready. On checking the curtains I found that more than half the rings had been damaged and/or had fallen off during the dry cleaning process and the curtains looked crumpled and crushed into one single bag (this despite my having requested them to fold them out flat and long and not put them in individual or combined packets). Given the condition they realised they would have to send the curtains back to the "factory" to fix the rings and re-press the curtains. I was again told that they would contact me once the curtains were ready. Again, nothing! So after a few days I called the shop and was told that the curtains were ready. I go to the store and once again find that some of the rings have not been attached properly and have fallen off. The ironing is also not done properly. The curtains have now been folded small (into sari size) and put into individual packets. Again, despite my instructions and request to the contrary. Apparently fabric spa does not check to ensure that the order is complete satisfactorily and to the customer's requirement before handing it off to the customer. There is no quality check!! So now having said that they would check all rings, re-iron and give me the order within a couple of days, I have once again, for the third time! Found that the rings are not all attached properly to the curtain and the ironing is more crumpled than when I gave the curtains for cleaning. It is now the 5th of June. It has been a good 10 days since I brought my curtains in for cleaning. I have gone to pick up the curtains 3 times and found that there has been no quality check before handing it over to me and the rings are still missing on some of them and the pressing has been done inadequately. This service seems very poorly run and managed. There is no transparency in pricing despite the printed price list that they carry. More than anything the customer service and quality of service is hopeless!

                                      I had given Fabric Spa Bangalore (Koramangala Branch) all my drapes and sheers for cleaning. I found they had changed the texture and shrunk one piece (The corresponding piece of the same set was fine. So don t know how they could spoil only one of those if both were treated same way). They also shrunk the lining of four pieces. I have ever since been struggling with them to sort out the problem. My drapes are still with them . Its over 4...

                                      Clothes not returned despite repeated calls

                                      I have been a customer of Fabric Spa since two years. I have never had issues with the service in particular the delivery of clothes. Last week(21/09/2013) I called them for a pick up. I was requested that since they had less staff, if I could drop the clothes they would do the drop back. I complied. On reaching the store, I was told that the outlet was nor called WADROBE and it was another venture of fabric spa. I asked the lady on desk...
