Dear Fabric Spa,
I have not received my garment even now., I was waiting for past seven dayson request from store manager. Today I called store manager (Ms. Sujatha) whose no is given by Fabric Spa call centre., her no is [protected]. She picked up my phone once saying she will call me back immediately. She did not call back, now when I am calling her, she is not bothered to pick up call. Now when I called at this no[protected], customer executive is saying they misplaced it and delivered to other customer.
Can I ask for refund of 3500.00 which is price of dopatta? Please pay directly in my paytm/gpay account. I have for dry cleaning on 20th February, for a marriage function. I had to spent more to buy a new gift and severe harassment by Fabric Spa Call centre.
Never even thought Fabric Spa has this horrible communication gap. I will take it forward to social media and consumer court.
