I have created a cart of 2570 Rs including 1 combo item, which shown me eligible for 3 free gift items. But after payment, in the final summary 1 free gift (Jwellery Kit) was removed automatically.
My concern is that if I was not eligible for the third free gift then it should have not shown me in my cart, but it was clearly shown and after full payment they have removed it from final list.
I have immediately raised my concern to the support team then they just replied after 1 day that there was combo in cart that is why free gift was removed (but this should be done before payment). Afterwards have again tried to connect with them but received no response.
Then I have raised a return/refund request so that I can place new order after refund and emailed them again, then after 2 days they have simply rejected my refund request.
This was completely their website bug (it was confusing and misleading)which they should take into consideration but they didn’t listen to the customer problem .
Even they don’t have any call support or live chat support to get in touch immediately, they have only email option for which we have to wait 24-48 hrs for their response.
Please look into my case and provide me with some solutions.
