Facescanada — Processed a wrong order and wrong information provided

Respected sir/madam,

I am a customer of https://www.facescanada.com but they are continuously playing games with my orders.
1. Immediately after placing the order I have told to stop the order exchange the shade And after 72 hours at the end of Monday the team replied that the order has been processed and they could not do anything to it. But they are the official sellers of faces Canada.
2. After requesting to change my shade they did not take any step and they just processed the order and replied me at the end of the day that they could not help me out.
3. Their website has an issue If the consumer forums ask me to show that I can show you and them too. If required I can share the video.
4. After repeated mails I did not receive proper email they are continuously telling that they cannot do anything you cannot do anything they provided me an information that order has been processed but I checked Shipping details and it was saying that the order has not been processed yet. So I attached a screenshot and I have sent to their team also but as usual no reply came from your end.
5. They are selling online without any Customer care number available anywhere . All fake and switched off numbers are there in different websites. The chat system in their website does not work . Team replies after 72 hours hours in a chat.
6. On 6th July the last mail from their end came that they could not replace my shade and order has been picked up so you had no option. I replied to the mail instantly but as usual no mail came from their end again. I received the product with a disgrace in my heart I had used it since I was pretty sure that team will not change it . Now at the middle of 7th July Suddenly they are mailing that I can exchange the product and since I said I have used it because I did not know they would be changing it and you are saying sorry we cannot do it because you have use the product is this not a fraud?
They are just playing with our money. I need help as soon as possible.
I have all this points with complete written messages from their end and my end.
