Stop saying you have wifi when you clearly do not. Everytime i use this bus there is no wifi, and also everytime i use this bus the plugs which are on every bloody chair do not work. Bit of a piss take when i have work to be doing and my boss is not going to be happy. Also the driver could learn a either a few manners or some training in customer service, i know it's bristol so i'm not expecting anything grand, like a smile for instance, maybe just recognition that i've come to use the buss would be nice? Could also do with some new seats, although they are comfy enough, the colour and state makes me feel ill. Although i doubt you will take any notice of this complaint, let alone correct the situation, i fee this was an adequate way to kill some time on my journey... The journey with no wifi.... No music... No books. Just my solid 4g connection on m phone.
On another note, sort your website out! It's a shambles! Unclear, un ordered mess of a website. Honesty, that's one of the simplest things to get right isn't it. Kids in primary schools are learning to create websites so i would expect a company such as falcon or stagecoach or whatever you calls yourselfs, to get right.
No wait, there is more, i have literally just checked the lights above my seat, what a suprise! They don't work either, neither does the air con.
So let's recap shall we?
No wifi
No light
No aircon
No customer service
And this is a guess, but i can almost certainly say, no correction after receiving a valid complaint from a customer who gets your busses on a semi regular basis. Was this information helpful? |
