Changing the route and dropping at wrong location

I have booked a ticket for my wife travelling from chotila (Gujarat) to Borivali (Mumbai), seat no. 2, (MP-14-ZG-9934) dated[protected]. The bus was late and delayed to reached Mumbai almost by 3 hrs., drop off time for Borivali was 10:55 am, Also the operators ask all passengers to get down in the out skirts of Mumbai that is at manor, where there is no connectivity to reach the booked drop point, also without information the route is changed....

      I have traveled in falcon travels from Bhuj to Ahmedabad, at 12:30 PM ride, I have many complaints regarding the bus and service
      1.) I have paid money for an AC sleeper and my AC is not working
      2.) I complained about my AC problem to the conductor(bus operator), who started scolding and screaming at me. and he told me you are not feeling cold because your curtains are not closed and he said "Itna to aa raha hai hawa ", which was completely false.
      3.) The conductor is very rude.
      4.) Driver was driving very rough, my head touched the ceiling
      5.) USB charging was not working
      6.) i have paid 899 rupees but in ticket it is mentioned ₹857(₹857 + ₹0 GST) i have attached the proof for that, additionally i have booked the ticket via red bus

      Hello Sir,
      Greetings from Falcon Bus lines.
      We regret that you did not have a good experience travelling in one our buses off lately.
      The a/c was working but due to the heat during summer season the air dispension was not satisfactory to the passenger.
      The on board staff tried to reason this with the passenger but in vain.
      Nonetheless the passenger was offered Rs.200 as compensation for the inconvenience caused which price matches with a non ac sleeper bus though the passenger travelled in a Mercedes BharatBenz Ac sleeper bus and completed the journey.
      We did send the bus immediately to the company to check for any issues, based on just this one complaint and made sure the vent were cleaned on top priority.Passenger still seemed adamant and did not accept the compensation.
      We regret to comply with the passenger demands of offering a full refund or twice the amount.

      In ac buses there is no way of opening the window because the windows are vacuum shut so that the cooling from the bus does not go out.
      The bus staff did not troll you, please do not make false claims.There was no trolling.There was a argument between you and the driver which we agree on happening.
      Due to harsh summers, the heat plays hindrance in the performance of the air conditioners, this is very common with all vehicles.As mentioned, we took the bus off road based on your complaint and got the air conditioner checked where it was found working just fine. When the bus is placed in a shed where no afternoon harsh heat is faced the ac was working just fine.Every vehicle heats up during summers-bhuj temperature during the afternoon is 40 degrees with 76% humidity.(which goes to a good 50 degrees to +humidity)
      The driver tried reasoning with you and asked you to close the shutter of your sleeper so that the air does not go out but in vain.
      As stated on email with us, we have offered to you a compensation of Rs.200 INR which is the fare in par of a Non ac sleeper bus, when you have travelled in a Gold Class Mercedes Bharat Benz a/c sleeper bus for the entire journey.
      We regret the inconvenience caused to you in the same.
      But with all due respect, no further monetary compensation can be provided from our end in this case.

        I have booked ticket for 2400 in the name o[censored]mesh Mishra from Udaipur to Mumbai via redbus application due to urgency to reach Mumbai as tickets for train were not available.
        On boarding I had to send few mails to my colleagues but the charging slot is not in operation as well as lights too.
        Falcon Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Greetings from Falcon bus lines.
        The charging slot is meant only for charging cell phones and not laptops. The entire circuit fuse would go off if you would charge your laptop.
        We regret the convenience caused to you for not being able to charge your laptop device but we do not have that facility in our bus.

          Y self pranay vig from udaipur, i have booked my sleeper seat from udaipur to pune on 13.05.2023 at 1.24 p.m. vide pnr no.[protected] sleeper seat no. 23 was alloted to me, againt that i have paid total fare rs. 2995, the departure time of bus was at 16.00 hrs of date but bus arrived at orginating point at 17.35 hrs. in this bus there was no sleeper seat was available, when asked from staff they told that you will be transip at himmat nagar in sleeper coach this was so strangeful for me because i have paid more fare from other travels to falkan due to comfert. now it is further requested from falkan kindly pay diffrence amount in my original mode in my my bank account immidiatly otherwise complaint will lodge in consumer court also. hoping for early resolutio

          As i notice, you had alot of back and forth about this with my team and have behaved very rudely with my them regarding this while they already had informed you that the manager will attend to you on email and help you with a solution.
          Keeping this aside, i myself too did drop you a reply back on email and even consulted with you for a compensation of Rs.500 INR which you agreed upon and we did refund you in literally 5 mins via Gpay.
          As much as you accepted this solution then, i have no idea why this has still been escalated again and again when the solution is already reached.
          As much as we would like to help you here, we are really sorry that no more monetary compensation would be made in this case and that stands FINAL.
          We regret the inconvenience caused to you in the same.

              the bus was completely diffrent complete sitting facility was available in bus, when asked from your staff they have not given proper response only said your transhipment...

              My wife was travelling in falcon bus at 7:30 pm from jamnagar to rajkot.
              On booking it was clearly mention that per person 15 kg luggage is allowed but still after boarding during journey luggage charge was repeatly asked and owing to single female with kid my wife had to give. On reaching rajkot i tried to anquire regarding charges but no satisfactory answer and instead verbal abuse. While i was on steps of bus driver started driving with doors open. Really very rude driver and office staff at rajkot raiya chowk branch.
              Charges taken in bus and receipt was not given on boarding at rajkot but on repeated asking a fake looking receipt which is attached hereby was given and that to on repeated asking.
              Very unprofessional approach by falcon travels rajkot unit.
              Kindly look in to the matter as like myself many would have and many will be robbed like this in future.
              Price near to ticket was taken for luggage of 3 backpacks..
              Pls have a deep look in to these matter asit may affect many loyal cetizens of rajkot by cunning practice of falcon travels jamnagar/rajkot

              Hello As per the ticket and company policy it is clearly stated that per passenger is allowed and permitted 1 suitcase per passenger.An additional handbag/laptop bag is allowed to carry on board except the luggage.(2 bags in total). The passenger is charged for extra luggage for 3 bags at a minimal of Rs.100 only.The receipt given here is printed on a "boarding pass" which is issued for passenger but stands valid as there is the company header and GST number attached.
              We request passengers to always read the fine print to avoid such mishaps in the future.

                  We book this bus ticket in falcon bus wia yatra.com
                  customer come ahmedabad wia flight mumbai to ahmedabad and flight delay by indigo and bus operator change my booking in 11.30pm bus.

                  when i reach airport so i have received driver number and i call bus driver my pickup point in PALDI but driver tell us pls come next stop Satellite and he not pickup in satellite and then he tell us come S G HIGHWAY so i going in in SG highway then i call driver again and again but he not pick my call and then he call me he forget to pick me in SG HIGHWAY stop.

                  then i book car and travel to jamnagar

                  i humble request pls file my complaint in FALCON bus and give back full refund with my rickshaw and taxi fare.

                  This is regarding the complaint that you have raised against your booking with PNR[protected].
                  My team had a word with the Ahmedabad on-board staff of your bus i.e 7907.
                  You were late for your pickup at your boarding point at Ahmedabad airport due to your delay in arrival of your flight.
                  We modified your bus timing from 9.30 pm to the 11.30 pm bus.
                  Sadly you still missed your 1st boarding from the airport for the 11.30 pm bus.
                  The bus then waited for you 20 mins extra at Paldi, but your phone was not reachable hence the bus had to leave.
                  Thats when the driver asked you to come to Satellite.
                  You turned up at Satellite too after the bus left from there.
                  The same happened at SG highway and hence the bus left without the said passenger.
                  We regret any inconvenience caused to you on this occasion.
                  Under the circumstances however, we are unable to comply with reimbursement .
                  We recommend that passengers make sure they keep a buffer between they Flight arrival timings and the bus timings to avoid any future mishaps.

                    Dirty seats of bus ( some piece of food was on bed 🛌 when I went to Ahmedabad from bhuj and same was found when I returned

                    Dirty and no water, no light and no proper toilet at ur office st SG highway.

                      Bus timing was showing 6.:35p.m. in online booking... After confirming the booking it is showing 6:53 p.m.. And then bus arrived at 8:00p.m. and the office person keep saying .."bas 10 min.. bas 10 min ma aavse " . We just keep waiting here for more than an hour .

                        I was overcharged for multiple bus journeys. £3 and £2.80 on multiple occasions for a £2.20 bus journey.

                          Pathetic service by Falcon Bus Services. When contacted on [protected] a lady employee working for Falcon Bus was very rude. We are raising this matter with a police complaint. PNR NO[protected] this is my booking from Vasai to Udaipur 8/6/2022. Passenger name REENA DODEJA. Very disappointing experience with this Bus Service.

                            I booked ticket to jamnagar from Ahmedabad. The bus is at 11:00pm from Ahmedabad airport but no one called me to pickup untill 10:50pm. i contacted bus operator he asked me to wait, but until 11:10 no one contacted me. then i contacted the bus operator again, then he said the bus left and i need to come to a different location to pick the bus. since its late night i dont have anyother option but to reach there, and the cost to reach there is equal to the fare of my bus ticket. i questioned regarding this once i reached the office, the staff was like we called and u dint pickup. but i dint receive any call from the. so i asked them to show the call log but they were reluctant to show it. One of the Worst customer service !!!

                              There was loose bolt/Screw in the window & noise during the bus journey directly into my ears.. informed the attendant and no proper replacement...i paid 1700/- for this journey from Mumbai to Ahmedabad...and not satisfied..it is my worst experience.. Thanks

                                On the 24th April 2022, I had a coach booked for 4:15 am at Exeter Honiton Road. The coach arrived at 4:50 am and as a result I missed my flight to Krakow.
                                From my house to the bus stop, I had to take a taxi for £10. Plus another £10 to return.
                                I paid £25 for the falcon coach (return)
                                I paid £60 for the flight that I missed because of the coach 35 minutes delay
                                Not to mention that I was going for work and lost a lot of business due to the failure of this journey.

                                If Falcon gets me a full trip tomorrow, I will leave it at that. If not, I want my money back in full immediately.

                                  The Arrival timing while booking was 8.50 am. It's 9.30 now and still 70 km is left. I travelling for business purposes and it's gonna cause me a loss as it ia about 2 hours late. Very bad service.

                                    Refund not provided

                                    They have sent message to paytm for deny the refund and while communication they are saying we have refunded the full amount for you bus ticket. So why can't you show the picture of mail where you have written the refund for the ticket, sent to paytm....
