Hi, Please don't rely on falcon bus services. They make false promises. The service is very bad. When we purchased the tickets, we have been informed that bus has washroom facility. But, when we boarded the bus, there was no washroom. The bus was not at all clean. They charge us higher rates. Please don't go in falcon bus. It is waste of money. Was this information helpful? I have not yet received my parcel from last 8 days, and no proper respornd about my material from your team . Material was from ahmedabad to pune, as i have the lr number but still falcon people cant find my material . Please get to this solution as soon as possible

Pathetic service! Took a bus from Udaipur to Pune which was scheduled to reach by 8:30. The bus got late by 4 and a half hours for no reason making it 20 hours journey. However, the buses are always late and TV never works. Had the most terrible experience of my life. Never using your service again.
