The bus at the first place was not of falcon, adjusted in some local brand, bad condition bus. Worst service and worst treatment by conductor and office staff. Had booked second seat from the front, but was fooled by saying that first seat is the second seat as there is bathroom in place of first. If tgat was the case, why does it show seat while choosing it online. Paid 850 for a third class condition bus. The seat was moreover stinking all the time and was very compact.
We choose Falcon for its service and space that it promises before booking on all apps. Covid or no covid, it is not legal to let more passenger than the seat available. Extra people were stuffed and the driver was horrible. Very disturbing and very noisy..
It was a very urgent journey and could not help it ..once the journey was started. Even after complaining the office people did not respond well. It was a hell of an experience.
