I have took vehicle loan on Nov 2012 for Karizma bike, though I have cleared the emi as agreed they were asking 750/- for NOC.. now I urgently required NOC as I need to transfer the rc to someone's name.. pls help

I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 cc in July 2013. Loan was sanctioned by Family Credit Ltd. My two wheeler was registered on my wife’s name. Now she is no more and I want to transfer RC to my name. Two wheeler was hypothecated by Family Credit. All loan is repaid but unfortunately I couldn’t received NOC from concern finance company. All the instalments are paid in due course. From where can I get NOC?
