I am reposting the same complaint as I had missed out a few information I needed to include in my complaint which are as follows----

I had opted for
Family Credit finance facility on my purchase of a
Yamaha motorcycle of model FZS from Green Valley Travels Pvt. Ltd., Guwahati on 20/01/2011. Being a customer and borrower of
Family Credit I understand it is my obligation to clear all my dues at the stipulated time. However I deeply regret for having failed to do so for this current month, ie. July, 2011 owing to some urgent financial crisis in my family. To be veracious I'm a
student and the loan account belongs to my father. Unfortunately his salary for the month of June has not yet been processed till date and for this reason out of the six cheques handed over to
Family Credit for clearance of the payment, one of them got bounced as there was insufficient fund in the loan account. I had assured their customer care executive who had called me a couple of times regarding the same that I'll clear the due amount in cash in their regional office at Guwahati as soon as possible. But tonight, i.e. on 15/7/2011 the call I received from the same customer care executive at 19:09 Hrs was totally obnoxious. I think as a reputed company they have rules for dealing with their defaulters. But I am questioning, Does their rule book also include interfering into their customer's personal life?! I admit I am a defaulter for this month and I am also ready to face dire consequences if I fail to clear my dues. But I will definitely not welcome rude behavior from their customer care executive. I asked the CEO of the company via email to check the call records of the call made to me on 15/7/2011 at 19:09 Hrs by their customer care executive who was a female caller for the misbehavior. If I had the call recorded I would have definitely attached it along with this complaint. I can't believe I'm being insulted for a paltry amount of rupees 3000. I am deeply hurt by the caller's behavior. We aren't beggars. My father is the Chief Engineer of Assam State Transport Corporation. For such a small amount I wasn't expecting a crude hassle from their employee. She had no right to insult me on personal grounds which has deeply hurt my feelings. She told me..."Baap ke paise se gadi chalate ho, aur paisa jo dena he yaad nahi. Khud
naukri kyon nahi karte.....". This is a straight forward insult by
Family Credit. Also right from the purchase date I haven't yet received their promised welcome letter nor a copy of the loan agreement. Please have a look into it and do the needful. Thank You.

family care center — loan status
I HAVE A 8.5 LAKH FIXED DEPOSIT IN YOUR BANK.I had earlier taken a 30 lakh loan for my clinic in 2007 which I cleared completely in a period of one year in 2008
I applied for a loan of 15 lakhs on 28 jan 09
Your officials cleared all my papers and said I would receive the loan in a week week.
Your credit manager called on my clinic on Wed 18/2/09 and asked me to see his wife immediately. I expressed an inability to do so as other patients were ahead of him in the queue.
My papers are now on hold, the loan is not progressing . The attitude was very different when I was asked for FD to meet the "target."
I would be grateful and obliged if you would let me know the position of the loan.
