And i'm not received my welcome kit & any letter from family credit bank. i'm call family credit toll free no.[protected] , but no response. Please send me Welcome kit or your bank detail .how can pay to your installment.

family care center — loan status

I HAVE A 8.5 LAKH FIXED DEPOSIT IN YOUR BANK.
I had earlier taken a 30 lakh loan for my clinic in 2007 which I cleared completely in a period of one year in 2008
I applied for a loan of 15 lakhs on 28 jan 09
Your officials cleared all my papers and said I would receive the loan in a week week.
Your credit manager called on my clinic on Wed 18/2/09 and asked me to see his wife immediately. I expressed an inability to do so as other patients were ahead of him in the queue.
My papers are now on hold, the loan is not progressing . The attitude was very different when I was asked for FD to meet the "target."

I would be grateful and obliged if you would let me know the position of the loan.

i took a bike loan from family credit i agent who recommended the family credit was cool, and initially for about 1 year i didn't have any problem and later it started

1.when i wanted to changed the postal address an my bank account number change
i have sent several emails and call up the family care
2.the agent in call center responds always very rudely, and i am not getting sufficient information
3.if i wanted to know more details, the call center agents say. contact your local centers..
4.when i call up the local centers..they are really scary if i want to pay the emi the manger will ask us to transfer the amount to his bank account and he will take care
5.once i have paid about 5000 rs as emi for which i still didn't get any bills for it.when asked they won`t give the right information and say i have to visit the local center and i stay very far away from the bangalore local family care center and family care facilities are really poor and some 1942 style..
always call center say--server down,
local agent say-traffic jam and today i cannot come, and
suddenly they says i have to pay so old bills which i haven't paid
never respond to emails

    I, Rajesh Kumar Sharma, from Faridabad, have financed my motor-bike with Family Credit Limited via Loan No. 563197. The 12 cheques of Rs2500/- were submitted initially at once. In the month of October i.e., on 26/10/10, i have submitted cash of my installment of Rs.2500/- (receipt no. 03/59355), as the employee of the organisation were claiming that they didnt received the cheque. However, later they received the cheque and adjusted the amount in the successive installments. Now, after 8-9 months i am daily receiving a call from your Delhi Office to deposit Rs. 338/- as clearance amount for the collection of No Dues Certificate.

    When none of my cheque has been bounced then what kind of clearance charges am i being asked to pay?

    When I ask them the same question then they don't reply properly and ask me to come to Delhi.
    The attitude of the employees is very disappointing.

    Kindly look into my matter and provide me my No Dues Certificate as soon as possible.

    Also returns me my cheque of Rs.2500/- against which the cash payment has been adjusted.

      Dear Consumer Forum,

      I am reposting the same complaint as I had missed out a few information I needed to include in my complaint which are as follows----

      I had opted for Family Credit finance facility on my purchase of a Yamaha motorcycle of model FZS from Green Valley Travels Pvt. Ltd., Guwahati on 20/01/2011. Being a customer and borrower of Family Credit I understand it is my obligation to clear all my dues at the stipulated time. However I deeply regret for having failed to do so for this current month, ie. July, 2011 owing to some urgent financial crisis in my family. To be veracious I'm a student and the loan account belongs to my father. Unfortunately his salary for the month of June has not yet been processed till date and for this reason out of the six cheques handed over to Family Credit for clearance of the payment, one of them got bounced as there was insufficient fund in the loan account. I had assured their customer care executive who had called me a couple of times regarding the same that I'll clear the due amount in cash in their regional office at Guwahati as soon as possible. But tonight, i.e. on 15/7/2011 the call I received from the same customer care executive at 19:09 Hrs was totally obnoxious. I think as a reputed company they have rules for dealing with their defaulters. But I am questioning, Does their rule book also include interfering into their customer's personal life?! I admit I am a defaulter for this month and I am also ready to face dire consequences if I fail to clear my dues. But I will definitely not welcome rude behavior from their customer care executive. I asked the CEO of the company via email to check the call records of the call made to me on 15/7/2011 at 19:09 Hrs by their customer care executive who was a female caller for the misbehavior. If I had the call recorded I would have definitely attached it along with this complaint. I can't believe I'm being insulted for a paltry amount of rupees 3000. I am deeply hurt by the caller's behavior. We aren't beggars. My father is the Chief Engineer of Assam State Transport Corporation. For such a small amount I wasn't expecting a crude hassle from their employee. She had no right to insult me on personal grounds which has deeply hurt my feelings. She told me..."Baap ke paise se gadi chalate ho, aur paisa jo dena he yaad nahi. Khud naukri kyon nahi karte.....". This is a straight forward insult by Family Credit. Also right from the purchase date I haven't yet received their promised welcome letter nor a copy of the loan agreement. Please have a look into it and do the needful. Thank You.

      I'm happy that my complain has received some heed from Family Credit. Problems emanate in everybody's life. Owing to an urgent financial requirement the bank account from which payment is withdrawn was left with insufficient fund. I regret for the same and would definitely keep in mind that such a problem from my side does not arise in future. Also, I request Family Credit customer care executives to speak with some manners. Being a borrower doesn't mean that one is a beggar. I will be recording each and very call from Family Credit from now on. So callers from Family Credit better beware!

      I guess Family Credit trains their customer care executives to talk that way. They think since we've borrowed money from them, we're beggars. Its apparent the company is run by a loser who's greedy for money with no heed for the service to be rendered to their customers. I'm utterly disappointed with Family Credit. They never send their welcome letter along with the loan agreement on their own. The customers have to request for it repeatedly. This is clearly cheating. I hope and really do wish the Lokpal takes care of them. Then only they'll learn a lesson.

        This complaint is against Family Credit for their BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had taken a car loan from them on 28/04/2011 but till date neither I have received any welcome letter from them nor the copy of my loan agreement. Their Toll Free Number[protected] never works and always a busy message is displayed. Further on repeatedly calling the main office at Technopolis, 7th Floor, Wing – A, Plot # 4, Block – BP, Sector – V, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700091 on phone number +[protected], I am been assured every time that they will call back within 20 minutes but that 20 minutes never happened in the last two months. Kindly look into this and do the needful.

            I purchased a bike on loan from this bank.now the emi is due on 5th of every month
            this bank starts calling from 5 days before date and telling its just a reminder and
            even the calls are comin on very odd times sometimes early in the morning or in midnight they send SMS for installment and many more .Its literally a headache.
            I suggest to all who are planning to take any kind of loan from this bank please
            i[censored] want peace of mind dont take loan from this bank seriously think about the condition and imagine the situation that your kid is sleeping early in the morning and
            you recieve a reminder call that too only for 1995 when the previuos payment is on time just think about your self respect.

            I purchased a bike on loan from this bank.They ask to pay the initial amount Rs 28000 & Rs 44000 is loan 28th month EMI Rs 2125 . When i payed this amount Rs 28000 they took RS 21365 as intial amount, Doccumentation fees is Rs 2385 & Took 2 EMI Rs 4250 . They Provided the loan for RS 50000 Total EMI is 36 . This detail are not said to me . The Actual Bike cost is Rs 72000 But by adding the initial amount & Loan (i.e) 21365 + 50000 = Rs 71365 is coming . How is it possible. The intrest is Rs 25865 for( Rs 50000 loan ) & Rs 32500 for ( Rs 44000 loan). they asked to sign in a blanck doccument for formalities . i signed in the doccument .they are cheated .This is done in Branch Office -STHITHI SQUARE 2ND FLOOR NO 58 PANKAJA MILL ROAD, RAMANATHAPURAM COIMBATORE - COIMBATORE- 641045. This Cheating done by Marketing Executive - Senthil, Accout Manager - Kalimuthu Murugesan & Branch Manager . This Finance is Very Worst

                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                      I Ms. Nasita Londhe, has a two wheeler loan with family credit. My EMI date is of 5th every month. But i have certain other commitments due to which i m not able to keep money on the 5th of every month, though my salary hits my account on the 7th of every month. I visited the family credit branch & requested to change the emi date as i m charged on a cheque bounce almost every month. but they had no solutions to it. The lady kept saying sorry we cant do a thing. This is painful, every month paying a chq bounce fee of 500 bucks even after informing the problems. I m really looking forward to clear this loan in settlement as i m not agreeing to pay so much on chq bounce.

                        My problem is not yet solved even after I had a verbal communication and written also.I am still been given trouble.I was assured of the solution to this problem but its still the same. Assured persons were one Anita,Sayyed and one more ladies staff of the office in Chakala Andheri,Mumbai-93.                           For the last 4 months I have been getting calls for the number[protected]...some family credit ...and asking me to keep sufficient balance account to pay my EMI.
                          The message is a recorded one and the worst part is I have never taken a loan from these guys.

                          Tried reaching them back on their toll free to register a complaint but the call does not get completed.

                          I am sick and frustrated of this and want to take serious action against this company.,

                              I have availed two wheeler loan from your Company in the month of November, 2009 and I have submitted application form for submitting ECS reduction.

                              I regrett to inform you that the ECS are not properly claimed and as a result I have to pay penalty for late payment. This has been going on since beginning. Now for the month of October, 2010 though I kept enough balance in my saving account and inspite of my repeated request over phone, so far the ECS has not been claimed till date.

                              The date of hitting the ECS to my Saving A/C bank : 05 of every month, but when the ECS team is not hitting my bank then how will i pay the installments on the same day, and the next day i get a call regarding the installment due, what the [censored] ???? I m ready to show my A/C statements, its clearly seen that on 5th of every month the bank is not getting any signal regarding my TW loan installment, then how will my bank will pay u guys !!! Me too not going to pay a single penny regarding this issue !!!

                                    Hello Friends,

                                    As i have availed Personal loan in one of the branch in Kanchipuram district,Tamilnadu.

                                    I used to repay through my bank. And i paid cash through Family credit representative ,once i got transfered on my proffesion.

                                    By last month Family credit has presented the cheque for Rs 32000/- which more than actual loan amount in my bank. Already i have paid the loan for some extend.The cheque has been returned by our banker without honouring it.

                                    Now Family credit claims that i have to pay entire 32000/- ( already paid part of laon amount along with interest)

                                    See this kind of cheating / un professional approach is executing by Family credit.

                                    The state or national consumer forum has to take this type of harrassement into seriou action and do necessary relief for the consumers.

                                    Is there any possibity to complaint in consumer court while the legal notice has received from Family credit.Kindly any one suggest on this.

All my EMI's are getting deducted from my bank a/c till date,only one EMI i have stopped because i wanted to speak to the country manager or the incharge of all the branches in India so that i can get a written clarification letter so i can take any loan in future as I did all the formalities to change my bank (ICICI) to State Bank of Hyderabad a/c no-[protected].I paid the swap charges asked for this formality and 8 cheques. Every month 5th is my due and so on 3rd every month i use to call either of them or send a SMS on Mr.Sayyed's cell no [protected]. Mr.Sayyed and madam Anita said previously all the formalities is over for the bank change,but my EMI was not deducted so i called and both of them excepted that it was some technical problem from there side and the next month EMI will be cut from the new bank a/c.When i asked about my red mark on the previous bank a/c (ICICI) they assured me of clearing that problem but the next months EMI was also not deducted so with out asking me they used my cheque which i had given for security.Before staf[censored]sed to call and give the worst badwords i have ever heard and if atonce i call and tell about this badwords Sayyed will ask the number from which the call came.Now since 3 days calls are coming from Kolkota about taking legal action against me.I am still ready to pay the one installment
                                      which i purposely stopped but i should talk to the incharge personally with Sayyed & Anita because for 2045 Rs I have been marked as robber or a fraud in my ICICI bank and that is because of Family Credits mistake.I want to meet them because I want to know what mistake i did for which you all are punishing me so badly.I am a diabetic patient and i cannot handle this pressure.I lost my job also cos somebody called my boss also and gave badwords so he cleared my salary and asked to stop coming for work.The only mistake i did is to take a loan from Family Credit who has staff's which dont know to respect there own customers.
