    Dear all,

    I have taken loan from family credit and i have given forms for my ecs but due to some minor mismatched my cheque got bounce so i have visited to branch and paid my emi with bouncing charges but in this month my ecs didnt came, so i have called customer care for other payment options such as online they way they have treated was not acceptable at all my contract no is 2745923,

    Need a quick response on same kindly call me on my no. [protected] and let me know the for clouser amount to close the account or else fix the ecs issues

      I financed my bike from this company in the month of August 2015.
      From the month of September my EMI started. EMI was being debited on 5th of every month. On December 26, 2015, I visited their Belapur Navi Mumbai. Office to pay-off this loan.
      I was told that there is no point of paying of this loan now because EMI will still be debited as loans paid off after of 15th of any month their next EMI can not be stopped. I was also informed once payment is debited from my account, it will took 4 business to reflect in their system. So, again I visited their office on 09th Jan 2016(Considering that their system will be reflecting my last debited EMI on 5th of Jan). But, I was surprised to know that there system was still running in 2015. Can you believe this?? I was asked to come in next week. Again, I visited there office on 16th Jan. Finally, they took my foreclosure request. The guy assured me that no EMI will be debited on 5th of Feb. But, I received a sms on 4th of March from Family Credit stating to maintain sufficient balance as EMI is secluded to debit. I immediately reduced my account balance to zero. Later. I start receiving automated calls from Family Credit stating my EMI has bounced and were asking to deposit money in my saving account. EMI got debited on 16th Feb.

      On 27th, Feb I visited their office. and enquired about NOC and additional payment debited from my account. To be my surprise, executive told me that NOC was not issued due to this additional payment reflecting in system and system is asking what to do with this additional payment. He asked me to give a request letter to refund this additional EMI so I did. He assured me that refund will be issued and deposited in my account by 2nd of march. However, I did not receive any payment. On 3rd March I called him and enquired about it. He told me that there system date is updating that is why refund was not issued. System will be updated by tomorrow and payment will be refunded in my account by Saturday. However, on 4th I still receive SMS stating EMI will be debited. When I called at their toll free no.[protected] and no one picked up the call and I literally waited for 20 mins. Then I called at their [protected]. A guy picked up the phone. I explained my concern to him. He said call at toll free no. I said no one picking the phone. He replied "I don't know" and hung up the phone.

      I want my additional debited amount refunded and NOC ASAP.

          But CIBIL Reporting for the same is Settled, due to which i am not able to process my another Personal Loan.

            Loan dept executive "Shoeb" of family credit called on my personal No enquiring about Mr. Surendra.
            Even though telling him repetitively that he has dialed a wrong number this person started abusing on call with the threat to beat me up and asking my address.he called again several times to continue abusing.

                This month January 07 2016 they have collected the emi amount from my bank account and again they have send me the sms to pay the emi amount at ur nearest collection centre. by thinking that bcoz of some technical issue they have naot collected my emi amount and i pay that amount including cheque bounce charges on 15 th jan 2016.after that i have take taken bank statement copy. very surprisingly they have deducted that amount from my account as well as from collection center.when i went for the clarification they said that they will adjust this amount in next month, they have cheated me.no proper response from the family credit team( L & T Finance). plz do consider my request and take action with this cheating finance companies.

                  My brother took a bike loan from family credit in 2014 but in sept 2015 he expired in a road accident, till sept 2016 all the installments were paid promptly. Now that he is no more do i need to pay the further installments, in a similar case where a loan was taken by my brother form Sriram Finance for a goods carrier we did not had to pay the installments after the date of his expiry. but in this case family credit company is refusing to have some CLI agreement which waives the installments after the death of the loan receiver. I have learnt from some sources that the so called CLI agreement stands effective by default and no special steps are required to activate it, further they are asking me to pay a sum of rs 18000 in place of rs 25000 to settle the loan ac. I just want to know that is the finance company miss leading me ?

He didn't listen ma aboit my problem he started abusing me, etc.etc. when I ask his name he said why area u asking about my who r u ? Sir I am doing my installments regularly from last 12 months there are only 6 installment left behind.

                                I am ashvin rajput i am living in ahemadabad gujrat. mene sep-2014 me ek gadi purchse ki family credit ke loan lekar.us gadi me mene 10000 d.p bhara or 2651 *24 emi karvaye the.emi account se cut nahi rahe the to mene 4 bar unki branch office me jakar cash payment kiya or ecs activate karavane ka form diya par aaaj din tak ecs to activate nahi huaa.par aaj vo log choro ki tarah aakar meri gadi chura ke le gaye sathe me gadi me rakha hua paisa or mobile or ghar ki chabi bhi chura ke bhag gaye.jab mene police complain ki or me unki office par gaya to family credit ka staff koi thik tarah se javab bhi nahi de raha he or bol rahe he ke abhi loan ke rupiye paid kar do to gadi milegi or mobile or purce or ghar ki chabi milegi.

                                    I bought a car in Oct, 2011 after getting loan from Family Credit Limited (Now L&T Finance) with loan number 918540 for which i have cleared all my EMIs for 36 months with out failing a single time through ECS. During the loan period one of the executive from Family credit approached me for EMI to be paid in cash instead of ECS clearance, When i asked for the reason, the executive said that there is some technical problem in their ECS computer system. So I have paid the EMI through cash in that month and the next month. Once again same thing happened in my last EMI also(36th month). And the executive given the same reason (that there is technical problem in the ECS System.) All together I have to pay three EMIs in cash to their executives. (During the loan period i have always maintained sufficient funds in my bank account to clear EMI. Never in my life i have missed an EMI) Now after completion of my loan tenure in Oct 2014, i got a call from Family Credit Limited(Now L&T Finance) asking me to pay an additional amount of Rs 1800/- to get my NOC. When i asked for the reason they said that this extra amount is for the cheque bounce charges that happened during those three times when i paid them in cash. One thing that i din't understand is when there are sufficient funds in my account for clearing the EMI they did not clear it electronically and instead they collected in cash and now they say that there is a cheque bounce just to collect another 1800/- from me. The funny part about the Family Credit Limited is that they don't even use emails to communicate the issue, because once if they send any email on this issue they can be dragged to court .So they are calling at least once in a day from last 6 months(Nearly i received 150 calls) to collect that extra money. So my final request for all the seekers of loan is please never approach or apply loan in Family Credit Limited (Owned by L&T Finance). Thanks for reading M.P.Reddy [protected]

                                      This complaint is against the harassment of debt collectors of family credit finance company situated at Pitampura new delhi.The debt collector of family credit always harass their consumers.They do not want to understand anybody's financial problem.They defame their consumers by providing their personal information in google and recently they have provided a consumer's false information, wrong pH.no. and false loan dues and involved the consumer's job place colleague in this matter.Even they are trying to defame their consumer's work place and harassing consumer's colleagues.They always provide wrong loan dues to make their commission.They have to remove this information and to stop harassing their consumer otherwise the company will be legally treated on behalf of harassment and defamation of some one's dignity.
