Hi I filling a complaint against Fampay
On 21st may I have added the amount of ₹100 to my fampay account through phonepe. Transaction was successful but i haven't received my amount so I contacted fampay support they told me to wait till 31st may day end and they also assured me that the amount will be credited to my account on or before 31st may or it will be refunded back to the source account but as of now on June 1 my amount is not credited to my account nor refund to source account I have again messaged the fampay support but as of today they are not replying to my emails and messages
Please help to retrieve my money back
