They holded my mo&when i clicked refund to source they said payment procecessed but was never refundedevery time i contact them they say after this much time but nevrr

On 18 Oct 2022 at 7:39 pm. I make payment at shop on Fampay for 1000 Rs. The transaction is still processing but money has been debited from my wallet and it's not credited in merchant account...
I am waiting for that money... The transaction ID of payment is FMPIB[protected]
This is second time my money is stuck in Fampay...

I have booked Ticket Through IRCTC But Unfortunetly My mopney as been deducted agaionst IRCTC and they refunded to fampay but i didnt recieve money from fampay and fampay is not responding for any mail this issue i am facing more than 20 days i need m, y money back. i Kindly request u to proceed my payment faster... I need a proper mail from fampay.

For adding money to my account I have gave request and it have given to pay the amount ruppes 500 which have been given on fampay application and received the amount to be paid and I had also sent money but after that also my money is not received and while checking the details of transfer it had gone to fampay solution private limited account and I had requested them to refund my money back and they haven't...

I am trying to login in my account but not login and seeing continues that not reaching the server

I have not received the refund yet on fampay amazon has been processed the refund but still not received the refund on fampay but why?

I used FamPay for a payment the amount was refunded from the payment app but it was not credited in FamPay wallet and transaction was done almost a month before and still haven’t received my refund even though the maximum time limit for a refund is 7 working days...

My refund was initiated on 8th of august by boAt and they have said that they've initiated the refund and it's bank's fault. I tried contacting fampay but they're not responding to me anymore, it's really annoying.

On 5th August i added 100rs in my fampay from my jupiter account through gpay but didnt received money in my fampay. I filed complaint in Jupiter, gpay and fampay respectively. Jupiter and gpay gave clearification that money was sent successfully as per NCPl. Fampay staff asked me to wait for 48 hours, then asked me to wait till 8th aug and later extended it to 5-7 days. And when I'm raising tickets on their support gmail account they're ignoring my mails from previous 2 days. I co operated with them but now they're ignoring my tickets plz take an action I'm in urgent need of my money. Plz help me

Today i transferred my money to my fampay account through phonepe and after the transaction was completed as i checked my fampay account and it was showing upi success low.
Like is this the way these apps should work?
It was not a small amount of money that i will ignore it my 1350 rupees are where i don't know now.

I was adding my money to fampay account but it got stuck and was on hold so I decided to send refund to my bank account. Fampay shows it is been successfully refund the money but i have still not received it i contact teb support but it not was not helpful

I ordered item from Amazon using FamPay UPI and had to cancel the order and Amazon refunded the money back but in FamPay it's showing its on hold and money is not being refunded it's been now 5 days still didn't receive the money...

My name is harshit srivastava, Tomorrow (14/07/22)I went to a petrol pump and buy 150 rupees petrol then I pay with my card at that time I pay 150, but today (15/07/22) I received a message 11.6 rupees debit though my FamPay account to the petrol pump without my pin otp and any type of permission, I think that this is a very unsafe app

Good morning sir i am a user of fampay i made an payement on 4th june throught fampay UPI of rs 3000rs . The amount was debited from my fampay account and the reciver has not recived the money till now .
However i raised an issue to fampay services but i dint get a good responce at all.
I request you plz return my money .

On 30th May someone paid me from phonepe and the payment was successful from their mobile but my account was not held, I complained in fanpay and asked them for time till 8th June but the payment is not yet received, so I Gave them he is not even answering

Hi I filling a complaint against Fampay
On 21st may I have added the amount of ₹100 to my fampay account through phonepe. Transaction was successful but i haven't received my amount so I contacted fampay support they told me to wait till 31st may day end and they also assured me that the amount will be credited to my account on or before 31st may or it will be refunded back to the source account but as of now on June 1 my amount...

At this time a lot o[censored]sers face money hold problems when a person adds money to a fampay wallet. I also face this issue 6 times a day. I think this is a not being good thing.. and when users click refund to the source. money is not to be refunded and customer care says that u will get ur money 5-7 business days .or this will take up to 12-13 days ...u know if someone sends urgently high amount like[protected] and it was on hold multiple time in a day ... u will be frustrated..please...
