I have ordered 2 official jerseys from fancode and they require mandatory prepayment. I have ordered them since 2 weeks and have not recieved the product. They keep on saying that its in progress but no details about the delay or delivery are given. If they cant provide products in time they should face penalty. Whats the point of jerseys after worldcup has finished. They are not even giving refund. Its a horrible site with terrible services, never order from here and I would like to see them paying a penalty and customers getting their refund Was this information helpful? |
