I ordered a jersey from the KKR shop on April 02 and my order got shipped on April 08 but now when I look into the order section of both the KKR shop and the fancode shop, it shows that you have not placed any order.

I had started viewing sports and couldn't see in home so bought pass for season for women bigbash league 2023 instead I could able to watch finals when i asked for help desk they simply said that it's sorry for inconvenience this is how they are charging from every individual and making crores of money

I have ordered 2 official jerseys from fancode and they require mandatory prepayment. I have ordered them since 2 weeks and have not recieved the product. They keep on saying that its in progress but no details about the delay or delivery are given. If they cant provide products in time they should face penalty. Whats the point of jerseys after worldcup has finished. They are not even giving refund. Its a horrible site with terrible services, never order from here and I would like to see them paying a penalty and customers getting their refund

Hi, I have booked 4 products in the OFFICIAL ICC STORE POWERED BY FANCODE. After the money has been transferred, no information of the delivery is shown on their platform and no payment invoice is given. My order has totalled to more than INR 2000. I have mailed them. My request id is 10558248. Looks like the money has disappeared in the air. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.Please look into the matter @FanCode.

I paid for the order through UPI but when redirected back to the fancode app, the order is not reflected in the My Orders. My account has been debited but my order has not been processed.

Looks like a FAKE site to shop. Or else you have NO idea about customer service (too too far from giving even a decent experience)

Ordered a Slub Tank pack of 2.
Received an XL size, but as it was a bit bigger, requested for an exchange it to L size.. Till then it was fine.
Once the order was picked, that's it, there after NO response from them...
Waited waited waited, then if you see NO contact number available, which e-commerce site today doesn't have a phone number to connect. Crazy...
They have WhatsApp support which is even more pathetic, the requested L size is available but they are not ready to exchange. After insisting so much & chatting with numerous of their reps, now theybahve agreed saying it's been a week they received my order back & they are processing a coupon code as an exchange.
When I can see requested size is available, you are unable to see it is it?
What a pathetic experience. Please avoid this worthless company for your shopping needs. Or else you will only waste your entire time & leave you with a bitter experience only because of their stupidity!!!

I purchased shoe from fancode shopping site, which I made online payment through Google pay and my amount debited to fancode, but my order not placed, they showing no order made in site, so I lost my money and fancode shopping is fraudulent app or site and I need ₹50000 as compensation by fancode

I had placed an order for 2 tshirts on the Fancode shop on 13.03.2023 amounting to 1494.40 for which money got debited from the source account and as per UPI helpdesk the money reached the merchant’s account, but i have not received any order confirmation and no response from the customer helpdesk too. Kindly help.

I had placed an order for a couple of tahirts on Fancode shop on 13.03.2023. The transaction was successful and money got deducted via upi. Upi history shows money has reached the destination account, but I never got back an order confirmation. I tried contacting customer care but to no use. Seems the entire money just got away. Kindly help....
