Fareportal — HDFC credit card

Hi, I am using HDFC debit and credit card for 3-4 years and unable to remember when I used my card last time because you guys are doing robbery genuinely. My credit card limit is 38, 000 but I have paid more than 2 lakh by using my card at once. For 01/01/2015 salary, you guys put my salary of 22, 000 on hold and deducted all the amount, me and my family have survived like hell in the complete month of salary as I am the single earning person in my family. Now my Mother is on bed rest for 30 days as she met with an accident. Even I met with an accident on Friday and my two tooths are broken and need a treatment for broken tooth and mouth. You guys again hold 15, 120 on hold on last Friday 01/04/2015. I work for Cheapoair and know each and every legal terms and policies so please unhold my 15, 120 amount ASAP and inform me the settlement amount with appropriate discount as I have already paid more than 2 Lakhs rupees by using my card at once. My complete family is surviving just because of you guys. I was unable to pay the Doctor's fee as you guys put 15, 120.00 amount on hold, and what about my Mother's treatment. Feeling shame to have an account with your guys as you guys are doing Robbery through Collection people. I called to customer service from Hospital they told me you need to call at [protected] but when I called on this number it was not working. I need to speak to Consumer court or RBI for further assistance. I contacted you guys for EMI but always denied from the beginning. I am really done with you guys. Please call me ASAP otherwise I will commit Suicide by writing a letter by your Bank name as my family is surviving just cause of you guys. I never ever say no to pay the minimum due or my outstanding amount and I always paid my minimum due then why you guys are doing such kind of things.
