Firstly, the delivery of this site is very slow compared to other online websites for shopping. Secondly, the quality of its products is ever deteriorating. I have ordered a kurta in starting week of march 2016. I was very disappointed with the quality of the material and thus decided to return it. The return process itself is lengthy. After returning the order, there is no acknowledgement on the return status on my online account. The support team also is not paying much attention. Its has been around 2 month i am chasing support team for my refund that has not been credited to my account yet. Every time i call they ask me to wait till weekend but nothing happens. It really rediculous. I am going to raise complaint in consumer court now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
